The place in itself is actually very beautiful - stone buildings set in tall trees which was a nice surprise. The owner was amazing, went above & beyond anything I'd expect as we arrived early he was brilliant to us & I'm really grateful for that.
The room was beautiful, well kept & everything you could need for a night before a flight.
The walk to the airport is really manageable which saves on a taxi (even with 4 suitcases & 2 cabin bags!)
I can't recommend this place enough, for parking during your holiday also! You're bringing business to a real family which I love.

Really helpful owner, we turned up very early due to work on the train line (we didn't. Want to risk missing our flight) so we arrived much earlier than agreed! the host was so helpful , and let us in very early. and was very very nice.
We walked to the terminal which is just a gentle 10 min walk, fantastic , we even wheeled a suitcase, which was no problem (we were quoted £25 and £45 by the robbing taxi companies near by) we would definitely stay here again, very convenient, pub over the road does food, so all good, see you again next time.

Wonderful food.
Lovely room prior to us going to the airport.
Highly recommended. We left our car there for the week. Caught a taxi to the airport.

Would think very carefully before booking here again, would s need to be a last resort. The bedroom was nice but the bed was like sleeping on a floor as a matter of fact was probably worse than sleeping on a floor.

We had a fabulous stay at Green Haven and truly enjoyed exploring Winford and the surrounding countryside. Our favourite spots were the peaceful village and nearby scenic areas, which made it perfect for relaxing together. We ate at a lovely local pubs called Prince of Waterloo, where the food was hearty and the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
Getting around Winford was very easy, especially as we had our car, everything is close by, and the roads are quiet and picturesque.
For young couples, it’s a great destination for countryside walks, cosy pub dinners, and exploring nearby attractions. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a mix of relaxation and a bit of adventure.

The cottage is off the main road no traffic noise. Brockley was a surprise in that it has convenient shops and pubs all within easy walking distance. restaurants were open so no need to be concerned about driving after a meal out. The park and ride at Long Ashton gives great access to Bristol without having to drive into the city (and pay the congestion charge). Bristol airport in the other direction.
We would have stayed longer but had to get back home. Will definitely stay there again.
A little note that it would not suit people with mobility problems as the bathroom is up a winding staircase and the pathway is loose gravel.

It's very convenient for the airport, staff were great, the room let it down, as it hadn't been cleaned properly, Kettle wasn't working & no lighting outside, so couldn't go & inform staff of these problems... we slept & left.

Continental breakfast was good
Car parking not good, we landed at the "over flow" in a field. We are elderly people and my husband disabled so the distance was disturbing.
I dropped him and our bag off but landed up walking, luckily the weather was dry

The Hotel is lovely and excellent if you are flying from Bristol. Also a good base if you are exploring the area. We had a quiet room at the back which looked out over the countryside. The beds are extremely comfortable and large television. Food is good and staff are excellent.
