Had such a nice time here! the room was perfect for what we needed so clean and comfy!

I love the accommodations, the neighborhood is quite and safe. Really close from bus stops you can take to go anywhere. Close to store to get groceries. The house is cute and so smart to get the keys from a box. Very clean, two bathrooms with shower. Very recommended

I especially like the combo washer/dryer. We were able to dry our jackets after a brief light shower. I also like that there's a grocery store right across the street.

I loved the staff, they were really sweet and helpful.

The fridge was a bonus and the shower was good, we asked for a fan as the room was very hot and got a prompt response and fan delivered in no time. The room was clean.

Close to train, bus great for going into London and the local towns

Everything was easy to get to the room, there was a lot of places to eat and shop for groceries, the train station was 2-3 mins walking distance. ordering food was easy for them to find. The bed was really comfortable.

Everything was great! The food, the rooms (the beds are SO comfortable) and the people there are amazing, they helped us with everything that we needed at all times. Very beautiful location with beautiful views. We walked 5 minutes to the train station every day during our stay and there was a coffee we totally recommend “Little Things” it’s really good you should totally go during you travel! 10/10 Melrose House! We loved it, totally worth it!

The equipment were complete! oven, microwave , induction cooker, pump wish sink , nice tea bags and coffee powder…. And the British grandcouple were soooo cute and lovely ☺️

I had a fantastic stay at this 2-bed house. The place was spotless on arrival — you can tell the host really pays attention to detail and keeps the home well maintained. The location is great too, just an easy 8-minute walk to Beckenham Hill station, which made getting around super convenient. The area felt quiet and safe, with shops and amenities close by. The host was excellent throughout my stay: responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d definitely book again.

Convenient location near the overground. Plenty of stores near by. The property was private and I felt secure. The staff provided enough information prior to and during my stay so I didn’t need to ask any questions at all. The studio was the perfect size and clean. I will be staying again for my upcoming trip.

The property is nice and cozy, and they have a book with instructions and travel tips, which was really convenient. The beds are comfortable, and the location is fabulous. You can walk 5 minutes to the train and find good restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets in 15 or 20 minutes.

Facility very clean and at a location that is accessible to basic amenities

I love the modern set up. The contactless entry was easy . Very clean. The train could be noisy (there’s a train track beside the bedroom , but we were able to sleep well and we honestly thought that made the experience memorable and unique .

Extremely convenient for the train to the center of London. Also multiple cafe's and grocery stores within walking distance, with Crystal Palace Park a 10 minute stroll up the hill!

Cute, cozy, and accurate to the photos! The bed was comfortable and fairly large for London.
