Location is great, room was spacious (although a bit dated), beds - super comfy. But our biggest praises go to Asian breakfast lady (sorry - can't remember her name!) - she was exceptionaly friendly and took care of our family every morning with huge smile on her face! She was the star of our whole trip!

Spa ang gym very nice. Room very confortable. Great service.

The Courtyard by Marriott was in an excellent location for our visit to the Brick Lane Music Hall. We were greeted warmly by the reception staff who helped with directions too. The room was excellent, spacious & spotless & we would certainly go back there

The hotel is very clean and has a great location with restaurants and cafes, and most importantly, there is a metro right next to it

Location is excellent. Very nice ambiance and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Highly recommended.

They upgraded us to a family room at no extra charge.

I like that it is within walking distance of the EXCel London, so for any convention visitors it is a 10-15min walk to the Prince Albert station. A delight is being able to come back and relax at the bar or to supply yourself with drinks and snacks at the bar 24/7 as there is not shop in the vicinity at all.

Excellent location.Very friendly and excellent staff and facilities. A good place for families. Train station is close by for travel and all.

I had to do a very late check in and they were very accommodating.

A warm and comfortable bedroom with good shower room facilities and a comfortable bed.

Nice atmosphere , well connected. We even had cream and conditioner in the bathroom.

We had a flight cancellation so we needed to stay in London for an extra night. Looked for the hotel at that moment, and booked it via booking

The whole experience plus access and proximity to the O2 arena is fantastic.

Every staff member was helpful, kind and welcoming. It was a great location to get to the O2 and the breakfast was good. We had a slight hiccup with being locked out of our room when we got back but the staff had the issue fixed within a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
