Hands down best service and best breakfast. It was an incredible place to land late on the Pennine Way and be welcomed! Thank you for the great stay.

Cozy and very comfortable room in a house with lots of character. Wonderful beds. Easy off-street parking right in front. Lots of maps and information about local nature walks. Lovely takeaway breakfast so we could get an early start. Clare is a gracious host and available to help with all of our questions.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable Breakfast was amazing .and nothing to much trouble..very good host. All in all a very pleasant experience and will definitely be back

The location of this property was perfect for us and our little dog. . It was so close to many things we wanted see and do. Walks,towns, beaches ECT. The owners were absolutely brilliant as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lovely private gardens, beautiful shepherd's hut, finished to a high spec. Everything you could need, including a basket full goodies. The host was welcoming, and helpful. The hot hub was lovely and warm on arrival, just as promised.

Unique and cosy; everything we needed was there. The bedroom was really spacious and the decor throughout was harmonious and tasteful. Everything worked and was convenient and comfortable; we were absolutely delighted by the visit and will recommend it to our friends.
