Staff (Cozy Property ) was very diligent in solving the issues present in the room. Traveling from China we are used to different standard and the staff accomodate us very promptly. (also booked an extra room through them). Embassy gardens is worth the price tag, and allows you to be in a safe neighborough, you can walk at night without any issue. All appliances are recent and the washing machine also have a drying feature which is very convenient. very convenient checkout as well

I like the space available and the facilities inside the appartment and near to it. We really enjoyed it and we will be ready to book it again.

What I liked most about the facilities was the safe and peaceful location. Everything I needed was just a minute’s walk away—supermarket, restaurants, and other essentials. The security was reassuring, and overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. Regina was an absolute angel during my stay—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. Her warm and thoughtful approach truly made the experience even more special.

Amazing accommodation in Osu. The staff is incredible. Aaron, Johanna and yousif were always available for everything, so professional and helpful. Breakfast is also very nice. Very recommended and will definitely go back there if I’m in Accra.

They were very flexible, the managers Enoch and Claudine were the perfect host. We took almost all the available apartments they had and up until now, the entire Scrabble community are still relishing their time at Avery Apartment. This made our 13th African Games experience worthwhile, the comfort of Avery apartment and the fact that they rejigged their cafe opening and closing times to suit our needs was just so customer friendly. Benedicta at the Cafe, the chef and others all made our stay pleasurable. This will definitely be our go to accommodation whenever we are in Ghana again for a Scrabble championship or just visiting. We struck diamond in Accra!

I cannot say enough about the staff, especially the manager, who was consistently available and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Their attentiveness and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It exceeded my expectations in both style and functionality. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a classy and comfortable experience in Accra.

This place is really exceptional. 1) I left my phone in my room and they graciously recovered it and told me ! (Thank goodness I brought up WhatsApp on my computer) I came back l hours later and they returned it to me.. This is EXCEPTIONAL honesty and means so much 2) Room is always super clean and immaculate 3) I have stayed here twice and will stay again , always clean. Intern works well
