It was a great experience for a short stay there. The place has a spectacular landscape. The staff were very kind l, helpful and friendly. You need to do grocery from the nearest store if you want to cook etc.

Fantastic choice for a family vacation, the accommodation was great with everything you might need, well located next to the square, communication with Giorgos was fantastic from since we booked and he always helped when we needed something. Kalamoti is a great place to stay in South Chios because it is quiet and you can always find parking as opposed to other villages, but it is only 10-15 minutes by car from all the places one wants to visit in the south and all the nice beaches. Of course a trip to the north ia a bit of a drive but most of the sightseeing and the nice beaches are around the southern part. Great stay!

Located in a peaceful village with close proximity to famous Komi beach, we loved every detail. The hosts are very welcoming, the room is clean with necessary utilities and kitchen appliances in good condition. We would come again with no hesitation.

A perfect place to reset and truly relax. I travelled alone, and staying here did me a world of good. You should be aware that it is far from the main town, but that is exactly why I chose it. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea and hearing the lively atmosphere of the tavernas in the evening made me very happy. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Despina and George were so helpful and welcoming, and Dionisia made sure I was wonderfully fed every morning at breakfast:) I felt genuinely cared for during my time here. When I have the chance to return, I would love to stay in the very same room for a longer period. ❤️

Everything was good, the sense of history while staying was great. You really feel the time travel effect. The best thing for us was the terrace, we had our coffees and night drinks there.

During the booking we provided our arrival time. The owner was there when we arrived and provided all the instructions we needed to use the room facilities ( AC, TV, stove) This hotel served us well as the hub to all tourist spots we wanted to hit. We felt like guests at the owner's home. The village has a beautiful bakery and we'll stocked Market In store, gas station)

It is right by the sea. The beach is like a private beach although there is a cafe-restaurant which provides beach chairs and umbrellas to its customers, there weren't many people using the facilities. The sea was calm during most of our stay. We rented the entire house. It had a nice sitting room with two sofas and a large coffee table, a large kitchen, a dinner table, and a bathroom with no shower on the second floor in addition to a large veranda overlooking the beach for enjoyable late afternoon and night chat with your family and friends. The lower floor had two bedrooms, one with its own private bathroom, in addition to a second shared bathroom on this floor. It had a sitting room with a midsize couch, a dining table, and a kitchen. The dishwasher was only available on the second floor. There are two refrigerators, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. There are no bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor has two bedrooms, each having a private bathroom with showers. The first floor has its own private entrance and an inner door that can be locked to separate it from the rest of the house. There is a washing machine in the laundry room located on the first floor separated from the rest of the first floor by an inner door.Each floor has a split air conditioning. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and dinnerware for cooking your own meals and dining at home. The landlady was helpful and kind. She waited for us to let us in until 11:30pm since our flight to Chios was delayed.

Everything! Nicely decorated rooms, fully equipped kitchen, one of the best beaches (Komi) just in front of the house. We felt like we are at our own home
