Each maisonette is 60 square meters and comes fully equipped with complimentary 50 Mbps Wi-Fi, a balcony with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 43" smart TV, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower column. The design emphasizes modern architecture and minimalist decor, providing guests with a unique experience of relaxation and luxury. Respecting the environment, the accommodation is connected to the electrical grid with energy production through photovoltaic panels. It utilizes heat pumps for heating and cooling, which are proven to consume less electricity and produce no local emissions. As a result, cooling in the rooms is limited to a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius, and heating is capped at 23 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the cooling and heating are turned off when windows are open, and guests are encouraged to limit the daily change of linens and towels.
