The staff was friendly and communication was really good via Booking.com messaging. The room was spacious and the screen windows helped to ensure there were no bugs coming in. It was a nice breeze when we opened the windows and the balcony overlooked the seaside, although there was a big tree blocking most of our view. The small kitchenette was a nice feature that allowed us to shop and cook/eat our breakfast in the morning. The location is great for Karfas town and beach. We are right next to the most amazing breakfast/cafe shop Pes Alevri (my wife went there every morning). The location is great for beach town life. I think Karfas beach is the best beach on the island (kid-friendly, lots of sand, shallow water that goes far out, and lots of beach cafe/restaurants to choose from, even rental of kayaks, paddleboats with slides available). Free Parking is also available at the hotel (about 3 spots, or on the street or up the alley next to the hotel wall). There was daily housekeeping and the a/c worked well. I know reviews said the bathroom is small, and it is but not bad at all in my opinion. Wifi signal was strong and sufficient, and the speed was enough to stream videos.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and has such an authentic feel to it. You can tell they've put so much thought into decorating the rooms – the attention to detail is really impressive. The hotel sits right next to mandarin and lemon orchards, which makes for stunning views. You get to enjoy those fresh citruses at breakfast and throughout your stay. Giannis is a wonderful host, so welcoming and genuinely attentive to making sure you have everything you need. He really goes out of his way to take care of his guests. Location-wise, it's perfect. Super close to Omiros Airport and only about 10 minutes by car to Chios Town. You get the peaceful orchard setting without being far from anything.
