AustraliaThis is how you want to live on holidays! Very good place to stay near Psili Ammos Beach. Nicely styled first floor apartment, comfortable layout, large bed, very clean, good size fridge and reliable air con. Modern fixtures, quality products in bathroom, water and generous breakfast items for us to enjoy. Lovely water views as described. During the day we relaxed, watching those swimming in the sea and reading from our large shaded balcony. Would stay here again. Karystos has a lot to offer. The port comes alive at night with the street block off from traffic to let you walk the water front. Enjoyable evening walk from apartment to the restaurants and cafes at the port. Affordable delicious meals and nice bars for pre dinner drinks. Fabulous cake and dessert cafes!
We ate at Cavo Doro. Galaxy Cafe services Psili Ammos Beach. Sun beds are free when you order food.

This is not just a house, it is an experience. A very carefully renovated old village house that keeps its originality. Located between Karystos and Marmari makes it very easy for one to reach all possible points of interest. Also it is very quiet and private. Highly recommended!

The owner went absolutely above and beyond to call multiple nearby restaurants late at night in order to find us food. He had everything we wanted ordered and delivered to our villa. He was incredibly kind and accommodating. We would 100% stay again!

Fantastic villa, beautiful views, lovely hosts. We had the perfect stay here. Unfortunately it was only for two nights. Wish we had stayed longer. Brigitte and Vangelis were generous, friendly and wonderful hosts. Could not ask for better.

Amazing villa 5 minutes from Karistos. Went there with my parents for Christmas and we had a quite, relaxing time! Brand new facilities with own parking and friendly staff. Highlights: coffee outside on the terrace and the morning sounds of nature! Highly recommend! Will visit again for sure!

It's a paradise in paradise! Evia island is pure beauty and so relaxing. And staying at Lithos Villas you have the whole island just in front of you, sun all day long, beautiful sunrise and sunset, fantastic authentic greek interior and so so so nice people! We fell in love so much! We will be back! 🤍🤍

New private place, 10 min drive from Karistos, great design, there are many different beaches around, one just below the place, gorgeous views from the terrace
The place is small, only 4 villas, so no common facilities, no breakfast, so it would be wise to stop on the way to buy some stuff in a supermarket, there are everything necessary in the kitchen to cook a simple food but for lunch and dinner better to drive out.
