Great location, easy check in. Lovely apartment within lovely gardens. Basically a private pool as not many people staying to use. Plenty of sunbeds, enough facilities to cook a few bits and pieces to save costs. Supermarket was just up the road and stocked with everything you need for breakfasts/lunches and dinners. Friendly members of staff who spoke perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. Cleaning twice in the week we stayed. Close enough to kolymbia but far enough away that it felt peaceful and secluded. Close to public transport stops to explore other parts of Rhodes. Many visiting cats which we loved as have 2 ourselves and missed them while away! Really comfortable bed probably better than our own! Genuinely a lovely place to stay would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The owners live nearby, but the facility is managed by a company, ensuring professional service. The kitchen was well-equipped, and my kids loved the pool. The villa has big rooms, two bathrooms, and beautiful outdoor spaces. There is plenty of parking space and a very nice view of the mountains. It's an excellent choice for a family with kids. Additionally, Taverna Grigoris on the same street was an excellent choice for dining.

This is the second time we have come to this hotel. When we first came 2 years ago, we said we would stay in the Afantou area and the locals said that one of the most beautiful seas and beaches in Rhodes is in the Afantou area. We really loved both the sea and the beach. The temperature of the water and the clarity of the sea are wonderful! As for the hotel, it has really delicious food and a friendly staff. They are very helpful in every way. Both our previous visit and this one, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the basic supplies in the rooms, there was nothing missing. Everything in the rooms was fully functional and clean. Thank you very much for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family-run hotel in Rhodes. The whole family was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and personal, and we truly felt at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. It was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We loved the hospitality, the location close to the beach and restaurants and we really liked the decorations of the apartment. Fresh fruit, bottle of wine and some snacks in the fridge upon check-in were just a cherry on top.

The location was perfect, in front of the beach. The hosts were very thoughtful, and made sure everything was ok with us. They have their umbrellas and beach chairs for rent in front of the property, so everything was great!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the greeting upon arrival, the wonderful breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant, the convenient beach, and most of all the helpful hosts. We split our time between two units, which allowed us to experience two types of accomodations, both excellent.

I love the fact that Paradise studios is a few steps from the beach. Very close to shops and Faliraki square. Their restaurant has amazing Greek cuisine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean and I felt very safe there. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Stayed here as a solo traveler and really liked the size of it, kitchen with fridge and freezer and small cooker. Quiet, clean and good value with a nice bathroom and balcony WiFi worked well so did the free of charge AC The owner was very nice and let me store my luggage after I checked out as I had a late flight

Great place to relax, away from the crowded tourist areas, good location with easy access for visiting the entire island. Very comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities, every need is met. Many thanks to Georgios, who is the most welcoming host. See you next time!

Everything was very good, the location is perfect, next to the sea, beautiful view, friendly staff, next to the street where public transport runs, the city center is a 15-minute walk away. Thanks Irina and girls❤️

Beautiful interior, everything you need is in the kitchen, even detergent, cloths and kitchen towels. Great location if you are by car - in the middle between Rhodes and Lindos, 10 minutes to Tsambiki beach by car, the best beach in Rhodes. A very caring hostess. We communicated through the Booking.com app, and it turned out to be extremely convenient.

Athinas Art House was really gut. It was much better than our expectations. Clean very gut location. Beach is so close and if someone has kids swimming pool is also near as well. Thanks to Mrs Athina and his husband.

The property is beautiful - a little difficult to find as it's on a very small road on top of a hill and Google is a little confused about one of the roads leading to the property. Once we arrived and parked (one parking space) we were able to access the keys easily and let ourselves in. The living area is extremely comfortable with a sofa, chairs, and a bar with stools. The kitchen was clean and equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machines (Drip and pod), cutlery, pots and pans, plates, glasses etc - really not lacking. There are 3 large bedrooms each with toilet and shower en suite - wash basin is located in the room rather than separately which probably looks good on pinterest but didn't seem very logical. Beds are comfortable and two face the pool and sea - a stunning view and full of light. The third room was less well lit but very comfortable. The fourth bedroom seems to be a bit of an afterthought - located on the ground floor it's just big enough for a bed but not much else. It has a toilet and shower next to it. Plenty of towels for inside and out (in different colours to avoid confusion). Pool and outside area were really lovely. Other than the small bedroom this place was a real hit.

Highly recommend! Both for families, as well as a group of friends. Beautiful Villa. Perfect location, in the middle of all of Rhodes‘ highlights. Very spacious for 8 people, secluded with a lot of privacy. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommended! Host was very responsive and helpful. The 3rd floor belongs to the owner, but don‘t worry about it, we did not notice or see the owner during our stay.
