I am Elias coming from a multi international family; greek, dutch and norwegian, all lived on Rhodes for many years. Property info

Enjoy a comfort Stay on Rhodes in Kolymbia. The house is part of a project of modern Greek-style houses. Located only 200 meter from the beach and on walking distance of everything you need for a nice holidays and a comfortable stay. Build on 9000 sqm, the semi-detached houses surround a 125 sqm swimming pool, which is filled up from the beggining of April til the end of October. There is air conditioning on the ground floor & bedrooms. There are patios in the front and on the back of the house and the rest of the land is green grass and some olive trees with mountain view. Kolymbia is located 20 minutes from Rhodes Town, and is only four minutes from the village of Afandou with its many facilities and an 18-hole golf course. It is a 2-floor cosy furnished, new house. A spacious living room, dining, kitchen on the ground floor, with big window doors which you can open to enter your back patio. This patio is connected with the swimming pool. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The house is brand new with all its comfort. The wooden ceilings and the furniture make it a cosy and pleasant place to stay.

Neighborhood info

The Villa have a nice atmosphere located on quiet, very safe and children friendly neighborhood. Everything is on a walking distance , Super marked, cafeterias, restaurants, shops and bars. The sea is only 200 meters away
