• The location was excellent—close to the beach, supermarket, and pharmacy, yet pleasantly secluded. • The availability of a lift was a valuable convenience, particularly for transporting luggage. • Having televisions in all bedrooms was an added bonus. • The host was excellent—responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. • The villa was beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds.

The apartment is close to Yabanaki beach (10min walk). And at around 20 min by car from the airport (uber around 25-30euros). Caffès and restaurants can be found at around 5 min walk. It has a big living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen with a hallway that connects to bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean. The terrace is very cool. We really enjoyed staying here and really recommend this place! (Hope we'll get back in the future)

This apartment is extremely nice, well maintained and in fact has all the necessary items which is supposed to be required for a small family to live. To be honest I found this apartment much more better than a five star hotel. This was my first experience staying in an apartment home stay but it was excellent. It is just like a beach house. This location is opposite to a well maintained beach so in fact coming to Athens and living in this apartment will give your complete new experience. A lot of things which was containing in apartment like whether it is toothbrush, perfume or wine, in fact I have seen host even kept fruits for us, cold drink for us , which is like more than enough. We will not get so much amount of thing in a five star hotel which were there inside the apartment, it is on the main road and on the opposite side of road you have a very wonderful beach . Last but not least Angelo is perfect host in fact he also guided me about the surroundings and vicinity, though we were living in private apartment complete privacy was there during my 9 days stay. He was periodically checking me through WhatsApp that if we are ok and whether we would like anything additional so it is like you have a host who work like a five star hotel for you, giving you complete peace of mind and privacy. I can only say excellent host and excellent stay and excellent place to live. Hospitality was excellent. Superb, best place to stay in Athens for vacations.

Such a relaxing, peaceful, well equipped and thoughtfully designed apartment. I felt very at home there and Dimitris was an excellent host! Great neighborhood so close to cafes, restaurants, parks, beaches and supermarkets.

The property is very spacious: big house and big private terrace. It looks better in reality:) near you can find supermarket, local fruit market, pizza and pita giros:) the beach in in 20 minutes walk, and there are a lot of beautiful cafes and restaurants.

Amazing property! Will be back next summer

The appartement was at the centre of Varkiza with lots of food options nearby, and close to the beach resort as well. It was cozy and the balcony was quite big.
