Wonderful location directly on the water with lots of privacy since there is no neighbor on one side and shrubbery blocking the view of the neighbor on the other side. The host was very helpful and wanted everything to be perfect for us. There were 10 chaise lounges, 3 umbrellas, 2 slingback chairs, a large picnic table under a vine covered pergola plus another table with 4 chairs in the sun. An alcove closer to the water offered a settee and 2 chairs with a coffee table. Nice combination of sunny and shady options. There is a two person kayak with backrests and lifevests and a stand up paddle board. The pool was sparkling clean and about 4 1/2 feet deep and there was a big inflatable water toy to use in the pool. A set of weights was there for exercise. Parking was easy. Each room had its own air conditioner. Full size refrigerator and well equipped kitchen. We were able to use the washing machine to catch up on laundry after traveling for awhile. Nearby Slano (about 10 minutes away) had two small convenience markets and Ston (about 20 minutes away) had a large Plodine grocery market. We enjoyed the proximity to the wineries on the Peljesac Peninsula and visited a few of them. More than anything though, we loved the tranquility, quiet and privacy while watching boats occasionally pass by as we sat by the water. We highly recommend this property and hope we are lucky enough to return someday!

We booked a studio with breakfast via Booking, but when we came to Kolarin, we were offered (and accepted) an apartment which included a kitchen, a balcony and a pretty big room - for the same price! The cleanliness exceeded our expectations - we had clean towels almost every day, and also a maid who tidied our bed and sheets every day. We had different amenities at our disposal, and we got everything we asked for. We loved those bookshelves everywhere and there were some good reads during our stay, which was very surprising and nice. Above all, the food was delicious - from breakfast, to lunch and dinner - we've tried as many local dishes as we could, and would like to praise our sweetest waiters - Ana, Dario and Stefan - for all the hard work they did and everything else they did to make us feel like home. Last, but not the least, our hosts Jelena and Niksa were everything we expected, and more!

The host was very kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

The apartment is new, modern and fully equipped. It is located to a short walk to nearby beaches. The host(Elizabeta) speaks excellent English and it was very helpful, we received all the necessary information.

Great location, near the highway and short distance from major cities. The room was clean with all amenities. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and helped us check in and park the car. They also offered us juice and coffee which was very refreshing after the long drive. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was very nice and cleaned. The host, Ljubica was very helpful and prompt for any requests. The apartment was serviced every day. The sheets and towels were changed daily. When we left my daughter forgot her iPad. Irina, from the management helped us to get the iPad shipped to us. That was amazing!!!

A very comfortable and clean guesthouse. The room has a little kitchenette, with a fridge, sink and two induction burners. It would be a perfect place to stay for a while to tour the area. Our room had a balcony and it is a quick walk to restaurants and a market. The host speaks English.

Odličan apartman na samoj plaži, idealan za opušten odmor. Smještaj je bio izuzetno čist, uredan i prostran. Vlasnice je bila tu za sva pitanja i vrlo susretljiva. Lokacija je mirna i savršena za odmor, bez buke i gužve, što dodatno doprinosi ukupnom ugođaju. Sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj.

Lovely people, great view and even better food

the parking is in front of it. However the place is overpriced, and the beach is 10 min walk, it is a very small and short beach, not even a place for a towel... The marine has a restaurant to eat.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed in. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and understanding. They provided everything we needed and even more. We are very grateful for their hospitality. Different apartments in that building have different amenities, but we had the apartment with a balcony overlooking the harbor, just like we wanted - an amazing view. Multiple beaches within a very short walking distance, clear waters, boat rentals and everything you may need is right there. Very easy to travel to other neighboring harbors for a swim if you want, within 10 min by car. Amazing little town of Slano, removed from the hustle and bustle of other more touristic places. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon.

This place is a beautiful little gem! After a wee confusion (due to Google maps) finding this private home, we did and were warmly welcomed by the Mozara family! Situated high on a hill at Slano, (a small but lovely resort town close to Dubrovnik), with a view of the Adriatic and the owners personal vegetable, fruit and flower gardens(which our hostess proudly showed me) and the warm hospitality (including excellent advice on where to eat in the tiny town 1K away),comfortable room and delicious hot/ cold breakfast (all homemade/homegrown) made this a wonderful stay!

Clean and very well organized. The apartment building is clean and appliances and amenities top notch. We spent only two nights and most time was spent visiting Dubrovnik. So if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik and still get there within 30 min by car this is a great location. Baldo mentioned that there is a bus and boat options for a transfer to Dubrovnik from Slano if you don't have a car or don't feel like navigating the narrow streets of Dubrovnik. Great and cheap restaurants are a 20-25 min walk from the property.

Owner brought us a cold drink of lemonade on the balcony! Nice touch!
