We loved our stay here. The house, crystal clean swimming pool, beautiful small garden. Also a very handy possibility of parking. The location of the house is close to the beach and kind of close to everything (bakery, market...). Also would like to highlight very nice and welcoming communication with property owners.

Great resort with a lot of activities for kids.Very spacious and clean spa center The apartment is perfect and has all you need for your family vacation. It's very good that it has a warm connection with the main building and the spa center. The view from the terrace is very nice!

Large, extremely clean, and very modern apartment that is ideal for families. We were there during a heatwave--temperatures were in the high 90s or over 100 degrees Fahrenheit every day. The AC units in the apartment kept it very cool and comfortable with no problem. Host, who speaks fluent English, contacted us before arrival, met us at the unit and explained everything. Complimentary access to the Velence Spa a nice benefit. Host even had refrigerator stocked with all types of complimentary beverages. We travel extensively using Booking.com and agreed that this is one of the nicest units we have every stayed in. I highly recommend.

Spacious apartment, nicely furnished, sufficiently set up for own cooking, great bathroom, private garden space, quiet spot not too far from the lake, very-very warm hosts!

From the moment I arrived, I knew this stay would be special. The owner, Zoltar, personally greeted me, showed me around the studio, and spent about 15 minutes chatting about our lives. His warmth and genuine hospitality immediately set the tone for my visit. What sets Zoltar apart is his understanding that the little things are often the big things when traveling. Opening the refrigerator, I found a Coke, a beer, and bottled water — thoughtful touches that made me feel truly welcomed. This might seem simple, but I’ve stayed at other Booking.com rentals, even in prime locations near the Mediterranean Sea, where the fridge was empty, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and no one on-site could even provide a password. That kind of indifference is the complete opposite of Zoltar’s care and attention. The studio itself was spotless, and the bathroom equally immaculate. Zoltar’s thoughtfulness continued throughout my stay. At one point, he went back to his home behind the studio and returned with an ice-cold drink resembling a Slurpee — an unexpected but delightful gesture. These are the kinds of personal touches that make a place memorable. The location is also excellent, situated right along a major bike path used by cyclists and scooter riders. Overall, Zoltar delivers a five-out-of-five experience. His hospitality is genuine, the apartment is spotless, and the small details — from a stocked fridge to surprise refreshments — make guests feel valued. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation.

Great location, about 20 minutes from the city. Very friendly host. The apartment is spacious and stocked with all the necessary equipment. We were greeted with cold beer in the refrigerator! The bed are extremely comfortable!

The apartment had everything we needed, lovely balcony with evening sun coming in gave a great chance to relax and enjoy the summer.

Love the garden, we had a great time here.
