The staff is extremely professional. The cleaning staff is thorough, and as a result, the rooms are very clean. There are no weird smells: No smells of smoke, no smells of mold or mildew, no smells of fragrance, no smells of perfume. It is a clean apartment without any scents or fragrances or smells. There are no signs of bed bugs on mattresses. And if you book one of the apartments, it has a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and kettle.

I like that it had stores downstairs that can easily get things.

The staff was nice, and the price was good for a short stay around Bintaro.

It exceed my expectation. I was satisfied to stay in suite room where the space is 58m: it has mini kitchen, fridge flat screen tv, and bathtub. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel just steps away from Citos. The staffs are very kind and are ready to give you help. I recommend this hotel for couple.

Room size. In a rather quiet neighborhood. Hot water available. AC works good.

The AC and room did not require a keycard to use the room. The bed was firm and comfortable, the bedding looked clean and new. There was enough space for 1 person comfortably. Location was great, two blocks from plaza blok m, and other restaurants, and centers e.g. pasaraya.

Good price! We could save our living costs thanks to the good price of the hotel because we stayed for nearly a week. The receptionist was helpful.

Overall it was good however the bathroom was not in good condition

The apartment we stayed in was huge and comfortable. It felt like home. We liked everything, the staff are always friendly and professional and are always catering to our needs. We always stay here when we are in Jakarta and look forward to staying here in the future.

The property is walking distance to everything we need, MRT station, good coffee shops, cafes/restaurants, and malls. It’s a serviced residence, so amenities like apartments, services like hotels. Staff are super helpful.
