Ascott Kuningan was open almost a year ago and is new and in a location that is ideal of the surroundings. It also has a direct pedestrian walkway linking the property to the Ciputra Shopping Mall.

Across the road are malls such as ITC Kuningan, Lotte Kuningan and Ambassador. There is also an Indian restaurant about 5 minutes walk away at Bellagio. They deliver. Taxis are readily available and (Blue Bird and Silver Bird parked close by for ready availability)
