We really enjoyed our stay at Kuttickattil Gardens Homestay. Ajith and his family were fabulous hosts and the food was delicious! It was especially nice to have access to a small kitchen and fridge, as well as a washing machine. They also provided drinking water for refilling our water bottles. We highly recommend staying at Kuttickattil Homestay!

Location is in the heart of kottayam town, safe for ladies travelling alone. Good affordable food available within ten minutes walking. Clothing shops bakery grocery autos all within ten minutes of wallk. Affordable pricing neat and reception functions 24 hours. Highly recommended

We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. The breakfast provided by the hosts was also great. All in all it was a great stay. Shall return

Beautiful authentic home, in a great garden on the riverside. Very nice staff and an entertaining host that told us a lot of interesting stories of the house and his family that owns the property for more than 150 years.
