Divya and Dileep were so warm and friendly - helped us with many local trips and served great breakfast. The location is really peaceful and serene. On top of this - the overnight trip in the backwaters on their boat was truly outstanding and best possible value for money!

The location of the homestay & friendliness of the host and the staff was so good and made our stay exceptional. Having breakfast on the balcony with the view of the canal or dinner with the best sunset view was a blast. We saw so many birds, we didn't need to go to the nearby bird sanctuary. Would definitely come back here.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the peaceful atmosphere. It was also really well-organised, incl. transport to and from the hotels. The villa sits right on Vembanad Lake, and the evening boat that picks you up (if you opt for it) from the property’s edge for a ride across the lake and canals is a highlight in itself. The grounds are beautifully kept — a private pool, a lily pond, a lakeside garden — and the only sounds throughout our stay were birds and cicadas. The caretakers live on-site and are remarkably attentive; a message was all it took to get anything sorted, from errands to a timely coffee. The food was exceptional — fresh Karimeen and prawns, classic Kerala preparations, and a kitchen that shared the day’s menu in advance and was happy to adjust dishes and spice levels to preference. Take the all-meals plan; there is no reason to eat anywhere else.

Wonderful location, extremely helpful and kind owner. Beautiful Place, quiet and right next to a canal. Pleasant walks all around and into the village, and I went for an enjoyable swim in the canal, steps down from the garden
