I didn't like anything much here

The house is exactly just how it looks on app, or can say even better than pictures. I would book it again or suggest other if anyone known goes to goa in future.

Property is worth it for a stay with good facilities...

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Goa while still being peaceful and relaxing. Confortable and clean apartment with all the necessary things ,good location near the beach and some grocery stores ,any problem the owner was helpful fast ….great for family and friends … We would be again without doubt …

As per usual Mahendra, Roy, Vikash and the whole team provide a real happy place. Nice smile greeting you each time, every time. Nice relaxing stay with my family in a calm and serene spot. A great place to avoid the mass crowds, but great beach, view and food. Beds and pillows are comfy.

Everything, the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them, good advice on travel and a great restaurant next door.

It was wonderful to be at this place. Me and my family had an extremely comfortable stay. The hosts Mr. Balakrishna and Rema Balakrishna were very kind. They were ready to greet us when we arrived late in the night though they stay far away from the property. They also proactively guided us on the sight seeing places and provided all the needed information. The property is very spacious and very neatly maintained. You have everything a family would need during the stay. It was like home away from home for us. The place around is very serene and shops are easily reachable. I definitely would recommend others to book this property in case you plan to stay at South Goa. Thank you Mrs and Mr Bala for your wonderful hospitality and care.

Perfect place to stay and visit with your family. Owner and caretaker was very humble and service was also upto the mark. Will surely visit again .

Ease of check-in, amenities and location

We reached early than our check in time . But the host was so humble that they arranged everything before our arrival. The rooms were clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. Overall a stay was great . 😊

Very nice flat close to Beneilum beach . All necessary items were available in the apartment. Owner was very friendly
