Absolutely spectacular!!! The rooms were spacious and spotless! We had everything we needed. There is parking. The grounds are incredibly beautiful with flowers everywhere and a stunning view of the lake. It’s an easy walk into town. There is a pool. It is pet friendly. Absolutely delicious breakfast and our host was incredibly kind! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Being in a museum and very old rooms, it was surprisingly very clean (and I have dust mite allergies). Zero issues at all! Extremely comfortable bed.

Exceptional style and attention to detail. Gorgeous remodel of a stone mill from 1541. Comfortable bed, luxurious towels, studpendous shower and a great breakfast. I will be back!

Nico the host was awesome. He went way out of his way to solve a problem that was mine. He said it was just part of his job. It was over the top.

The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet as well as close to the Via Francigena.

We had a room and a separate bathroom, but the (very friendly, very open) owner arranged for privacy so it almost felt like an apartment. We had the use of a terrace which was a great plus. The location is very convenient, both for the old town and the lake.

There were no meals served here, but you could order room service. That said, the kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make breakfast and dinner sometimes. There were nice restaurants in towns about 10 minute drive away. We liked that it had a private beach on Lago Boolean, about a 10 minute walk through the farm to the beach. There were comfy beach chairs for each room. You could float on a tanning table in the water for free or rent a kayak for 10 euros per hour. We brought a snorkel and mask and really enjoyed looking at fish and things in the clear water. We had a nice outdoor deck with comfy table and chairs. The owner was nice and accommodating. We drove to Orvieto from here and it was great.

Fantastic location! In the middle of nature, near a lake, very quiet. Kind host, but he was busy all the time (granted, it was springtime, with lot of work to do outside)
