The view is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the food was excellent!

Everything! I was so bummed we only booked this place for a stopover . I would have stayed here for several days more. The AC was cold, the pool was lovely, the rooms were awesome and spacious and the food and service in the restaurant were top notch! Can’t wait to order some olive oil and wine in the Fall!

The location is great, the owner and staff are so nice. We had a lovely stay here, enjoyed every aspect. We really recommend having the dinner at the hotel it was delicious.

Wow. We arrived late and the hosts help us with parking the car and our bags. Above a beautiful restaurant which we purchased a bottle of prosecco to enjoy in the room. Charming apartment with a terrace, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, high pressure shower, nothing bad to say. Hosts very timely on communication and making our short stay lovely. Would love to stay longer in this pretty town. Definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful. The Gardens were marvelous. The Pool área impressive. The room was comfortable and clean. Good parking space. Staff very kind and inviting. We definitely will return!!

This was a great apartment for the three of us - one very spacious master bedroom and an additional bedroom area. Very nicely equipped kitchen for simple meals, and a grocer two doors down. Everything was clean and worked well and more than anything was just very warm and welcoming and bright. The location was great, and right by their Duomo and museums and restaurants of this historic town. So glad we visited and we definitely want to return!

The property itself is worth a visit. Lovely home, beautiful views. Angela is so kind and attentive. We even got a free upgrade to our room. Cozy, relaxing, and amazing breakfast. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Picked up train station by Enzo. Apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area. It also had laundry facilities which were well needed at this time. Outstanding apt and great value. Could not fault it.

The property was beautiful with a mixture of antique and modern furniture located near the historic center. Our room was overlooking a small street that was very quiet and restful.Our host met us on time and gave directions and suggestions for enjoyment. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The hosts Rosa and family are kind and helpful. The 2 children ( very professional) who welcomed us were truly remarkable and admirable. The whole apartment floor is clean, bright and homey. We love Orvieto and the next time we visit, this B&B is on top of the list!

Large, clean room with easy access to the inner city.

Everything about the place was excellent. We had room 3 with a wonderful terrace. The bed was firm yet comfortable . The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and the immensities were great. We could not have asked for anything more. The location was conveniently located within Orvieto . Nadia is an amazing host. So helpful and even got my wife and myself a bottle of champagne for our anniversary I would recommend this location to anyone .

The location proximity to Orvieto was amazing. It is quiet, clean, country-side, and convenient... with massive character. Right in the heart of wine and olive oil production of Umbra. With plenty of tourist attractions, shopping, and dining. We loved it. There is an amazing restaurant, super close and amazing wine, cheese, olive oil and truffle tasting in the region.

The property has big room and attached bathroom. Everything is clean, comfortable, in good condition. The maintenance of the property is very good. The hosts are very welcoming.
