Great hotel good breakfast amazing spa very nice clean and renovated rooms in addition great service

The vistas from the hotel were exceptional. The amenities were better than any other hotel we stopped at, although we were not there long enough to take advantage.

Hostess Laura was sweet and caring. Taxi driver Mirko had endless patience and enthusiasm.

We stayed in the Jazz suite and it was excellent. In a quite and comfortable area, surrounded by nature.Very great location, steps away from the main attractions. Easy check-in and check-out.

The location is fantastic, and the instructions for getting in were incredibly helpful. I didn't experience any of the problems mentioned in other reviews (i.e. smell/noise/no wifi), which had been a worry to me. I would say don't worry too much about those negatives if you're reading them ahead of your trip, the apartment was totally satisfactory, very comfortable and in a lovely building right in the heart of the old town - no complaints from me.

The apartment was great, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Staff was super friendly and upgraded me to larger apartment without me asking!

The property is meticulous, from the cleanliness of the apartment to the accommodations. The pictures are exactly what you would expect. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked to allow for eating in from time to time. The apartment is cleaned every 4 or 5 days. We stayed for 2 weeks in the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment for the second time in two years. The apartment is perfectly situated in the centro storico of Perugia, surrounded by shops, museums, restaurants and cafes. Train, bus and taxi are easily accessible by a short walk. The host is most accommodating and assists with questions or making arrangements (my Italian is very limited). It feels like coming home!

Excellent location for walking to the center of Perugia and for driving to towns in Umbria. Very clean and well appointed apartment. Chiara is a great host.

A wonderful place to stay close to all attractions and restaurants. It felt like you were living in a family home, full of love and laughter. Barbara and her sister were wonderful hosts. Barbara’s communication was excellent offering suggestions and places to visit as well as sharing the story of her family’s home.

The host is super nice he even dropped me to my meeting location several time. The host was very very nice.

We were staying for 5 days at the hotel and were also eating at the restaurant. Our modern and cozy room was very clean and had a phenomenal view over Perugia's old town and the landscape. The sunsets were breathtaking. The host Silvia was amazing during our whole stay, we had wonderful individual breakfast, with different homemade food every morning. At the restaurant there was a great selection of different courses and wonderful wines. If you are visting please keep in mind that the hotel is in the outskirts of Perugia and you need a car to get around. On the other hand you are far away from the hectic city and have a wonderfully quiet ambience. Should we visit Umbria again, we will definitely stay at Stella's again.

Great central location, comfortable bedrooms and living room with fully equipped kitchen and balcony with a lovely view. Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff.

Very comfortable apartment and had almost everything we needed. We were 2 people but it fits 4: 1 big bedroom with double bed + single bed It has a big smart TV you can connect YOUR Netflix/Amazon/Apple TV accounts etc. There is a small sofa and a closet. 1 bedroom (on the 2nd floor) with 1 single bed With only closet. There is 1 bathroom+toilet and 1 additional toilet (outside the small bedroom). The location is good and not far from the old center (walking distance). We only had backpacks so we parked in a free parking lot, 15 min walk from the apartment (but required going up hill/stairs). For people with luggage maybe it's possible to bring the car close to the apartment, drop off luggage and only then park (ask the owner). Self check-in was easy, communication with the host was too. Overall very pleased!

Close the the train station. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our host Anna was helpful showing us where we could do some laundry nearby. Very good value
