Surrounded by greenery, Podere Sette Piagge is just outside the historic center and offers a shuttle to Orvieto Train Station 0.6 mi away. Its garden includes a pool, fruit trees and vegetable patch. Sette Piagge offers a choice of rooms and apartments, all with rustic décor and some with views of the swimming pool. The apartments include a kitchenette. You can enjoy breakfast out in the garden or in the cozy breakfast room. It includes homemade jams, cold meats, fresh fruit from the garden and Orvieto bread without salt. The swimming pool is open from May until September and is surrounded by some sun loungers. During their stay, guests can taste homegrown vegetables and fruit. Orvieto's historic center is 2 minutes away by car and the train station provides excellent links around Umbria.

Property info

The house is situated at the foot of the Orvieto rock. It is an ancient structure built from ‘tuff’ and was originally used by travellers as a refreshing resting spot before entering the city via the ancient Etruscan road.     Today the house is a quant Country House.  The estate is located in the archaeological park of Orvieto, situated at the base of the ancient Etruscan road. There are many routes up to the city but we encourage you to stroll up this ageless, picturesque path to Porta Soliana and onto Duomo.    The house is equipped with every comfort you could possibly need. All rooms have a spacious bathroom, speedy wifi, tv and air conditioning. For the aspiring chefs out there, some rooms have their very own kitchenette. Each morning we provide a fresh breakfast on our terrace overlooking the Italian hills. The garden is full of chestnut trees, providing plenty of shade, especially in the children’s playground. For those wanting some sun we have plenty of loungers surrounding a heated pool. Further on from the pool is our generous orchard that emits the genuine flavors of Orvieto.
