Wonderful location. Lovely place.

My wife, daughter, and I were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia and chose to stay here to be close to the port. The hosts were a lovely couple. Our flight arrived in the early hours in the morning, so we didn't get to the apartment until 3:00 AM. The hosts waited for us at the gate. They made sure that we settled in nicely. The apartment is just as the pictures indicate. It's really clean and modern. The decor is very inviting. The bed and the sofa bed are both comfortable. They had various items available for guests, including tea, snacks, milk, water, etc. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom. They provided laundry detergent as well. Lastly, they gave us a ride to the port the day of our cruise. We also got to meet the daughter; this is a very nice and welcoming family. I highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was amazing. Really clean apartment and nice owner of the apartment. Location is a bit far but we called to them and they picked up us. I believe Best apartment in Santa Marinella.

The host was very flexible. We arrived a few hours after check-in time (we notified the place in advance, of course), and they handled it very well. We actually haven't even met the host, only talked through phone. The keys were left in a secure location for us to pick up. The place was clean, had everything we need, except free WiFi. The main bedroom had a double bed, and the couch in the living room can be opened into an extra bed. The host spoke English decently.

The staff works very hard to meet your needs. For example: Transportation Nico helped with transportation arrangements for us when we completed our cruise and traveled to Rome.

Nice place to stay at Civitavecchia. The staff is really helpful and the place is comfortable. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. You can walk easily from the port.

This was my first stay here, and I initially chose it for its great location and positive reviews. After experiencing it myself, I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, including the bathroom. All essentials were provided—towels, toiletries, air-conditioning (for both heating and cooling), a clean bed, television, and a table lamp. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic necessities you’d need for a short stay. Admittedly, it took me a little while to figure out the process of unlocking the safe and retrieving the keys for the entrance and main house, but the instructions sent via email were detailed and helpful. The balcony offers a great view of the cruise port and ships, and the location is incredibly convenient—pharmacy, McDonald’s, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and the train station are all within walking distance. The Wi-Fi is fast, and overall, this place is amazing. I highly recommend this stay!

Clean, comfortable and super friendly host. They went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. Stefano took time to explain and portray the area with super tips; was always available to answer questions and make my stay as perfect as possible.

Everything was wonderful! From the beginning, Georgiana welcomes you with a smile and kindness. The room is spacious and clean. The bedding and towels were very clean. And the breakfast was perfectly combined with the view that the lounge offers you. Thank you for the hospitality and for the treat we had. I recommend with all confidence.

The location was great. The host was very friendly and helpful. Each bedroom has its own toilet, sink, and shower. The ferry stopped late and was very far from the terminal, and I needed help from a port worker to get out of the port. The worker and my host talked to each other on my phone. The worker took me in his car straight to the property door free of charge. They saved me about a 40-minute walk with a heavy bag on my shoulder. Fantastic. I highly recommend this place and the host. 5-star experience!

Just a few steps from the metro station.
