Excellent. Great selection of cold dishes with an offer of cooked eggs. Great cappuccino. Beautiful rustic kitchen sitting area with fire place. Beautiful farm setting with gorgeous vistas and terrific swimming pool. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We rented two apartments, they both were very nice and comfortable, Giulio was most helpful guest. The location is good, close to many nice places in Umbria.

The B&B is very clean, the hostess is very sweet, but it lacks space outdoors to relax! Indoor it needs a little more warmth and character as well. ]

The location was close to Spello but definitely not within walking distance.

The home looked fine from the outside with a pool & a beautiful garden. Inside it was amazing with lovely stairs, a spacious bedroom and a fine bathroom. Next door was a pleasant ristorante and across the street was the ancient city of Spello. The home was well positioned within the town.

It was beyond my expectations, I’m already planning another trip to Italy just to this area.

My hosts were kind enough to pick me up at the train station on their way running errands. I was shown the neighborhood and the apartment. The town of Spello is a gem. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The view from my window was extraordinary! The restaurants the hosts recommended were perfect. There is great hiking nearby and the town is short train rides to Assisi and Perugia. I highly recommend staying here, and I will again in the future.

This was central to everything in Spello, so very easy to walk from the train station and to all the restaurants and shops. The view from the room was stunning.

Perfect location to explore Umbria, close driving distance to all main sights. Place is spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast with domestic products, nice countryside landscape.

The grounds were beautiful, peaceful and in a very good location with respect to seeing the sights of Spello Maria was a thoughtful hostess and helpful Our room was comfortable with plenty of space and the bathroom was modern. Parking was easy.

Great location. The owner, Luciano went out of his way to make sure we are comfortable and even drove us around when he found out we were going to other towns.

Great location. Spotless! I couldn’t figure out a lighting issue (totally my fault) and the owner came over immediately to help me and didn’t make me feel stupid (which I was)!!! I loved my stay here. Also, the linens were completely changed every 2nd day which was really nice.

Very nice rooms with small fridge microwave and tea kettle. Sandwich shop in the courtyard was nice. Location was good to all things needed. Host attentive and responsive. He helped with a injury i had by answering questions and arranging help with transportation.

We loved our stay here. It was a proper rental with two rooms, a good-sized properly equipped kitchen, and living and formal dining room. Very clean. I loved having coffee on the balcony or just watching the world go by. It’s only a few meters to go up to Centro Histórico. The husband and wife were very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended this place.

My stay at the Antiche Dimore exceeded my expectations. Our host made us feel at home and was incredibly gracious and helpful. The property is beautiful and the location is serene. This was one of the most hospitable and lovely stays we had in Italy!

Francesco and Silvia, the hosts, are simply exceptional — kind, attentive, always available, and truly welcoming in a way that touches the heart. The apartment itself is extraordinary. It’s located in a historic building in beautiful Spello, Umbria, yet inside it’s spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, and everything feels both authentic and fresh. The view from the window is pure peace — breathtaking and calming. Staying here feels like stepping into a different time, but with every modern comfort at your fingertips. This experience exceeded every expectation I had. I can’t imagine a better place to stay — in terms of both the location and the people. If you’re coming to Umbria, don’t think twice. This is the place.
