We loved how rustic it was; the history; the authentic Tuscan feeling of the place. It was so authentically unbothered and in disarray but also manicured in all the right ways. There was space to walk around and explore the property or set up in a hammock, swim, relax on the porch — whatever you wanted to do to relax!

The rooms are comfortable and beautifully renovated. The grounds are well maintained and the staff totally charming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. Overall, this B&B was just perfect.

Just what we needed, so peaceful and relaxing..couldnt help but breathe deeply ..dont miss the incredible dinners.. highly recommend for anyone needing peace

Our trip to Castello di Valenzano was like a dream. A very unique place to visit and to spend a night in. The rooms are pretty big and appropriately decorated. You feel like you went back in time. The staff is great. The dinner was also exquisite. We ended up buying both their wine and olive oil.

Everything went great, the breakfast was big, the room very well decorated, we paid a very honest price! Thanks for the surprise cake

The location is a hidden gem in Tuscany that takes you back in time. Elisa, the host and owner, was extremely flexible, accommodating, and personable. She welcomed us personally with the keys and a bottle of wine, showed us to our room, gave of history of the property and location, and gave us recommendations of hiking, sites to see, and other activities in the area. The room was clean, well maintained, well-equipped and the restaurant on site was also very good. And the pool, dreamy! :) Would 100% recommend, and we will definitely return!

Our stay at Villa La Nussa was amazing! The apartment we booked was spacious and cozy. We were able to arrange a later check in due to traffic and when we arrived our host had turned on the heating in the apartment which was very kind. They have a parking area for guests across the street so it was accessible and we could tell that there was a lot of love in maintaining the traditional charm of the facilities.

We loved staying here and cant wait to come back again. The property is stunning with amazing food, facilities and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and very large with comfy bed and pillows.

Everything Tulio is so gracious and welcoming. It’s like going home. This was our third time and we would go back again

We spent almost a month at Buccia Nera and we absolutely loved our stay. The setting is gorgeous, we felt very welcome and right at home. Our host Roberta was incredibly kind and to us and our daughter, and we can't thank her enough. Grazie Roberta! We were lucky enough to have a wine tasting of their incredible organic wines and olive oils, and make the most of the beautiful gardens and pool. It didn't take long to reach the town of Arezzo, which is charming and not overly touristic. Buccia Nera was well located to explore many parts of Tuscany and we did a few day trips from here easily and was always happy to retun here each evening!

The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The owners put a lot of care into the house. The furnishings, amenities, and property are high quality and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals.
