Tenuta is one of the most exceptional stays I’ve ever had. Everything from the farm philosophy through to the food, service and amenities was extraordinary. We left very inspired and relaxed.

Great view with pool, nice breakfast and staff are helpful

The locanda was located in the rolling hills of Le Marche. The scenery was just beautiful, like a painting. The room was comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Mini-fridge with wine and snacks (for a price). The bathroom was roomy, nice shower with good water pressure. We chose the breakfast option which you had a choice of either sweet or savory. We chose one of each which was perfect for the two of us. Sweet breads were baked by the host (Senora Marisa) and were presented with the savory breakfast items (smoked meats and cheese). Coffee, juices and bottled water were also available. Senora Marisa was just wonderful and a very kind and gracious host. She took such good care of us. The grounds at the locanda were beautiful with a sparkling swimming pool, beautiful greenery and fruit orchard. Overall experience was just magnificent!

The location was really great surrounded by farmland and different to others on our trip. Facilities were excellent.

Very quiet bnb in a renovated farmhouse about a 10 min drive from Urbino. Several cute dogs on the property. Heated floors in the bathroom are so nice. I went in the off season so I was the only guest, but it will make any dreams you have of moving to the Italian countryside come true. The hosts were very nice and helpful as well.

We loved the welcome and care from Francesca.. also loved the setting on a farm out in beautiful hills full of olives. The room was spacious and light, the bed comfortable, the shower excellent. The breakfasts were terrific, with lots of freshly baked goods. Francesca’s charm and care were always evident. Despite being a. It hard to find, we would stay here again for sure.

The family was very kind and helpful. There were maps, tourist information and restaurant recommendations in the spacious common area, along with fresh fruit and nuts. Daniele reached out several times to make sure of my arrival time so that I could check in quickly. The bedroom was good size for one person and the bathroom looked brand new. The shower had great water pressure too! Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of delicious savory and sweet offerings. They asked me what time I wanted breakfast served each day, which was nice because it varied each day. I thought it was a great value for the price paid.

I booked the room last minute as I was not planning to stay in Urbino for the night. The room was clean and nice and just 10 min walk away from the historical center of Urbino. The bed is extremely comfortable!

Perfect location for exploring the area. Exceptional rooms and facilities. Wonderful reception. Terrace to sip wine and have dinner outside the room was a higlhight. Can’t ask for more. The short road to the property is nothing to be concerned about - take it easy and enjoy the pheasants and view!
