Vacation Rentals in Iki

I came to iki island alone. Fortunately the host made my trip exceptional. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get around easily but the host provided me with an electric scooter. This trip would have been a failure without him. The rooms were very clean. When I went there were no other male travellers so I had the big male common room to myself. In addition to providing an electric bike to navigate the island, the host washer my clothes and gave me a ride to Ashibe port to catch my ferry ride.

Hospitality was above and beyond. The meals were exceptional in planning, seasonal menu and presentation. The bread was fantastic

Ikijimaso is a traditional but low-key traditional Japanese inn (minshuku rather than ryōkan) with many of the usual perks: traditional Japanese breakfast, lovely baths, tatami floors with futons for beds. In addition, it's got an amazing view of the coast and several islands, and we found it very convenient to get to other parts of the island. We also were really appreciative of attentive staff who greeted us and asked about our travels, answered questions, and even started doubling up our futons when they noticed we had done so ourselves. Much appreciated!

The most beautiful views on the island with a private onsen and balcony.

The house is nicely located on a small hill which provides one with a beautiful view of the sea. The area is very calm and quiet, but there are still restaurants, shops and a convenience store in the vicinity. The house itself was clean, all amenities were provided as described and it has a nice traditional style. Also very nice and helpful were the hosts, who were very accommodating regarding my arrival and departure times (and regarding a less than stellar japanese proficiency on my part).

Perfect. Everything we need were there. Well equipped(kitchen, bathroom, toilet, connectors). Best accommodation we rent in the past. Highly highly recommended!!!

The location is very near Katsumoto Port which is an easy access to Tatsunoshima. The overall place was clean (except for the kitchen sink cabinets)and spacious.
