We loved the friendly staff and Owners. They were so welcoming and helped us organize transport and activities.

The pool and garden area was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and the manager was very, very helpful, was able to speak very good English which helped a lot, Breakfast was also very nice.

We really loved staying here, we really enjoyed talking with the owner Chandana and his staff; everyone was incredibly kind and helpful in connecting us with a good tuktuk driver, suggestions on places to visit, and answering questions. Do not miss the nightly sunset stroll to the high point in the neighborhood, it is not to be missed! The dining area really encourages interaction with the other guests and staff, so our stay was interesting and good conversations were had. This was one of the best breakfast we’ve eaten in our several weeks traveling; a lovely breakfast buffet is served every morning.

I just visited thammenna eco cabins in dambulla the this month and I was Mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodation there staff behavior is also excellent and I would love to visit again

My wife and I stayed one night at Rangiri Dambulla Resort in November 2024, and had a wonderful experience. The chalet was impeccably clean, esthetically decorated, and very comfortable. The manager and staff were exceptional; they were extremely attentive, friendly, and eager to assist. The buffet-style meals that they prepared for us were delicious. The hotel provided a quiet and peaceful surroundings to its guests, and the eco-friendly, organically grown vegetable and fruit garden that supplied the kitchen with produce added to this. The traditional welcome, and rituals performed during arrival and departure provided a flavor of Sri Lankan culture. We will definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is very good value for money, the owner is very friendly and kind, he took us to Pidurangala Rock and Polonnaruwa and charged very economical prices. We also ate dinner and breakfast, both traditional and very delicious. The hotel is nice, hippy style, we had a nice sleep, the amenities all work, is no luxury but is all clean. We felt very welcomed and would definetly go back if we were to stay again in Dambulla.

Our family stayed at the resort last night and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities were excellent. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend this resort for families.

"A Hidden Gem in Dambulla" I had an amazing stay at Dambulla Aloe Vera Guest! The location is tranquil and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place for relaxation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The property offers great value for money, with all the necessary amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. It's also conveniently located to explore the nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Dambulla!

Wonderful place immersed in a peaceful and mesmerizing garden. The hosts are AMAZING people with so much to share, always in a very discreet and humble way. We initially planned one night but it was so wonderful we extended our stay. Breakfast carefully prepared and served in an open space looking over to the jungle garden, with all sorts of animals wandering around the property. Parking available, super quiet as it is further away from the city center, which is still 5 min away by car. The open air bathroom and shower just added more charm to the whole experience!

Out of all the hotels and homestays I stayed at during my 11-day tour of Sri Lanka, this homestay was by far the most valuable and amazing. The rooms were very clean and had almost every amenity you could need. The host was incredibly friendly and even dropped me off at the station when I was leaving. The breakfast was healthy, delicious, and the portion sizes were great. Sometimes pictures don't fully capture the quality of a room, but the moment I walked in, it felt so peaceful and calming. The location is tucked a bit away from downtown, but it is only a 10-minute walk to get there.

What a marvelous find! Utterly charming accommodation just off the main road, but open to farmland at the back and surrounded by a lovely garden. You would never guess you are in the centre of a busy town. The rooms are probably the best we stayed in during our trip (including much more expensive hotels). Lovely comfortable bed with mosquito net tent. There is a separate kitchen area with a small fridge, kettle and tea/coffee supplies and plates and cutlery. There is also a space with a luggage rack and place to hang clothes. The bathroom is large with premium fittings and hot water. There is a nice terrace with chairs out front and even a little yard at the back with a washing line. The breakfast area is so lovely, partially open with a fish pond. And the breakfast was superb. Beautifully home cooked Sri Lankan food, with European options too. The family are very sweet and helpful and arranged a tour to Sigiriya, followed by an elephant safari at Minneriya. Absolutely wonderful. No hesitation in recommending this lovely place.

The best hosts I have seen, they were very polite and kind and helpful, they helped us to better explore the city and see the places of interest, the room was very clean and fragrant, the breakfast was wonderful and we felt that We are in our own home, we will definitely book here again in the next trips.

Indunil, the owner, was an amazing host. Friendly guy with nice energy and commitment to make your stay a perfect one. The place is so beautiful, with a nice garden and the rooms are big and comfortable (AC included). So far the best accommodation on my solo trip through Sri Lanka. Indunil prepared a full day of tourism through Sigiriya which was more than expected. Good value for money. A place to repeat.

This place is a beautiful property, quiet and very close to everything you would need to see in Dambulla and Sigiriya. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, we checked in when we wanted and they even arranged cars/tuk tuks/excursions for us that were better than viator. Breakfast was great. This was a lovely place to stay, made truly special by the wonderful family who owns it. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, and their kindness and warmth stayed with me throughout my visit. The location is incredibly convenient, perfectly situated between Sigiriya and Dambulla, making it an ideal base for exploring the area without long travel times. The host was exceptionally helpful — always ready with advice, directions, and thoughtful recommendations, and clearly cared about making my stay comfortable and easy. I’m very grateful for the hospitality and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Exceptional hospitality! Roy and his family are great hosts. They made everything to make our stay comfortable and ensured we had a great experience. Roy organized gave us good tips and organized an amazing safari trip. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was a treat. It felt like you are staying with your own family and made our stay one of the highlights of our Sri Lanka trip. Great value! I recommend staying at Miracle Home Stay.
