We stayed in the loft type cabins with the pool right in front of the vila and oh my gosh the views are amazing. This place was an absolute delight. The room was a great size comfy bed and air conditioned. The staff were also the sweetest people in the world, it was my birthday and they set up a super surprise for me and really made my day. It’s a great place to stay in Ella. It’s a bit away from the noise of the main town but that’s absolutely what makes it so great. Plus they have a tuk tuk to take you whenever you want. I highly recommend. Not to mention what great value it was.

If you want to stay in Ella surrounded by rice and tea fields, with amazing local meals and relax, this is the place ! 😀 We loved the views and the staff was amazing.

Rashan and his team were very nice, welcoming and helpful. The location is great, very central but not too noisy either, and the rooms were confortable and well equipped as well. I definitely recommend!

Great location for those who don’t want to be right in the main center where it can get loud from bars. Kind staff who are very helpful. The sunrise view from the rooftop was breathtaking! Hot water in the shower.

Amazing view. Monkeys on the balcony was making it even more cute. Room is big. We were 3 people and had 2 king size beds. Very comfy. Breakfast in the room or balcony was also so delicious. Hotel will help you with all the excursions and will help with taxi or tuktuk. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Very close to all the locations.

Wonderful homestay operated by hospitable family with quiet, clean rooms and with a balcony where breakfast is served, all with fantastic views of the mountains and beyond. Highly recommend!

It had an amazing view with a big terrace that connected both rooms. The location was great since it was placed at the beginning of the road for the little Adams Peak, and it was close to the nine arches bridge. The rooms were really opened and clean. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything from the first to the last second was absolutely perfect. Danushka, her mother, and husband took such great care of me. Apartments are perfectly clean and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious, and the view of sunset is breathtaking. Only 5 min drive to the city center, but you are high above in the mountains in silence watching eagle sliding in the skies. Definitely, I'll be back here. Thank you!

The sound of waterfalls makes you sleep so well. Family is super nice & friendly! They can arrange tuk tuk in to the cites around... Breakfast was great! They have private access to one waterfall, with lots of playfull monkeys around 🐒🐵 I loved it!

Our stay was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt truly welcome every single time we came back to the hotel, and it really felt like the staff genuinely cared about us. :) The rooms and all the other areas were extremely clean and well maintained; no dirt and no insects at all. There was no disturbing noise, we had complete peace and quiet, and slept better here than anywhere else during our two-week Sri Lanka trip.

The property is just 3 minute walk to the main street The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing space for me to relax during my stay. The location of this guesthouse is perfect. It was just a 5-minute walk along the road into town. The room was beautifully decorated and so spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered panoramic views of Ella Rock and the surrounding countryside. The host was so warm and friendly and was only a message away if we needed assistance. Our breakfast was delivered to our balcony every morning. It was incredible! It changes slightly each day with hoppers being part of it one morning! It was so serene and relaxing. When I come back to Ella I will stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thivagar!

A perfect choice to enjoy the beauty of Ella’s hills. Small guest house, with great views from the room (and from the bed) 5 minute ride from Ella train station and center (which the host easily provides when needed) immersed in the green, good breakfast, truly a lovely stay.

The beautiful gentle welcome and hosting of the monks. So kind and thoughtful and attentive. Gorgeous huge breakfast of fruit and sweet coconut filled pancakes and omelettes and toast. Quietness but really nice walk shirt to Ella along the train tracks one way and to the waterfall views the other way. Stunning morning sunrise views. Private balcony area. Peace and tranquillity. Family friendly rooms and made welcome. It was very wonderful for us having access to small kitchen to cater for v specific food needs. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
