Amazing place. Very cozy and comfortable. Not so far from the old town. With private parking.

Everything was great. The location and the view was breathtaking. The owner was very nice and kind and took care of his customers. Peter always tries to make the guest happy this is a positive point from him. Peter saved my time and gave me the summary with details and recommendations for the whole trip.

Breakfast was on your own. You could order breakfast trays with the manager and they were excellent . The host had a welcome basket for us upon arrival. The manager also baked us a cake as a good ye treat. She also arranged for our pick up closest to the villa for our prebooked boat tour.

Very nice, clean and spacious property with a beautiful view of the Kotor bay. Aleksandra was incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment we arrived, she provided us with helpful information about the area, including recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay.

Gorgeous apartments with all of the facilities that you need for a very comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi area were great with great views across Kotor bay. The staff were so accommodating- could take do enough for you and even arranged a wonderful boat trip around the bay on the day of arrival. The service was fantastic and location great within 20 minutes walk of the old town. We will most certainly come back!

Everything. Great location. You can walk to old city Kotor. There is a sea across the street. Amazing view to the Kotor bay, clean water. Beautiful hosts! Good equipped apartment.

We liked everything about the place. It is clean, well-kept, with nice beach.. additionally, they have nice cute playground on a property.

Location fifteen steps to the sea,VIEW where SERENITY AND TRANQUILITY MIX, CLEANNESS ,comfort and to top it ALL UP the friendliness and assistance of the Jovanovic Family( Mr Jilija and his mother).

The view of the sea just in front of the apartment is amazing The staff was very helpful with everything whenever we needed something.

We loved location as it was not far from the old town with great views and quiet nights. There is a small grocery store very near the apartment, which is very convenient. The host is a very good communicator. Beware that there are many stairs to climb to get to the apartment and that google maps does not locate the property properly, so be sure to contact the host before you arrive to get correct directions.

The 2-BEDROOM apartment is perfection! Zero complaints. We loved it so much that we extended our stay in Kotor. You will feel at home! Seda is a great host as well, so caring and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything!

View is beyond amazing. Lots of space. Just an amazing place to stay. Would stay here again (and again and again). Absolutely gorgeous!

Extraordinary hosts, perfectly clean and comfortable. Great position (few meters from the sea), and last, but not least, super efficient AC devices. Never been to a better apartment
