The Villa is absolutely stunning. It sleeps 12 people in 5 rooms - 4 ensuite doubles including a huge master bedroom with a 4 poster bed and rolltop bath; 1 large ensuite room with 4 single beds which would be ideal for children. The villa has a courtyard; large outside dining area; outside lounge area; sunbeds area and then the pool - all on different levels. There were only 4 of us staying so it was huge! There is also off street parking in the villa for two cars through steel doors. The pool is absolutely magnificent with and set in a spectacular rockface with a small 'cave you can enter protected by a mini waterfall when the pool pump is on). The back of the villa overlooks farmland and views of villages which at night is wonderful - as good a view as you can get other than overlooking the sea. Any issues were dealt with very speedily by the hosts.

Was an amazing place to stay in Gozo. If we were to come back to visit I would definitely consider this place AGAIN! The kids had so much fun in the indoor pool (cause the outdoor pool was a little chilly (Early Oct)). Also very friendly neighborhood. There was even an orchestral concert/memorial event that happened during our stay which was amazing because we sat on the balcony overlooking the street where the performance was happening. Honestly the best seats for the performance 🥰. Plenty on core memories in this great place!

Nestled in the quite area of Gozo’s capital Victoria, is this hidden gem called The Carob Tree. It’s like a mix of a B&B and a Boutique Hotel and it’s absolutely gorgeous. With only 6 rooms, we were lucky enough to book the best room in the house: the suite with terrace overlooking the pool area. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners, Matthew and Clementa and they immediately made us feel at home because that’s exactly what The Carob Tree’s vibe is: A home away from home. The B&B is immaculately clean and the pool area is just a place of pure bliss to relax and recuperate after 3 days of dancing at Defected Malta. The bed was so comfortable we just wanted to lie in as long as we could before breakfast was served which was amazing as well. We totally enjoyed our stay at The Carob Tree and want to thank Matthew and Clementa for the fantastic restaurant recommendations and for making our stay an incredible one in Gozo! 20/10

Pretty much everything - the staff are amazing, the facilities are one of a kind in Gozo, and it’s a perfect getaway for any couple. Would recommend a 100 times over.

Spacious apartment, well maintained and equipped. Wonderful view. Good communication with host. Quiet, near to the beach. Few good restaurant in area. Accomodation to relax and enjoy vacation.

I like how the place was located on a peaceful part of the Island. And most importantly, Monica is very accommodating. She even dropped me at the bus station so I could get to the race on time which is a great save since it was my first time in Gozo and I wasn't really familiar with how the bus works. I greatly recommend this accommodation not only because it's cheap, but also because it's hosted by a great person.

The whole property was super clean and tidy. The owner Myriam was such a nice host, she gave me so great advice on what to do in Gozo. I enjoyed my time there a lot. Wish I stayed longer. Especially for a solo traveller it is perfect.

Everything was wonderful. Even when my flight was delayed 5 hours and I arrived at 7.30pm, the host was communicative and helpful. The room had everything I needed and the balcony was the best part, besides the fridge full of Maltese delicacies. My lactose intolerance was even accommodated by the host, who brought oat milk on the second day.

The apartment was very clean. It had everything that we needed. The jacuzzi was great and the view was phenomenal.

Excellent location for exploring Gozo, quiet and easy street parking since it's out of the way. Very comfortable space with good kitchen set up. Bed was fine, although pillows were a little lumpy for me. You do need to pay for AC/heat with euro coins so be aware of that (this is VERY common on Malta.) If you don't have change the owners are happy to help change bills though. Washing machine and a dishwasher, yay!

Spacious and comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen, massive TV, comfy beds. Less than 15 minutes walk to Victoria bus station (from where you can get buses all over Gozo) and 25 minutes walk to Xlendi Bay.

What a wonderful find! This is a traditional townhouse in Sannat which is a small town of old, winding narrow streets. It is a perfect location for exploring Gozo. There are 2 good restaurants nearby (Rosina and Beppe’s) and the lace-making house visited by the Royals is in the square. The path to the Xlendi cliffs also goes direct from the square so, really…perfect. Joann (the owner) is lovely The house feels like home; it is well equipped, comfortable, quiet…it was hard to leave! We loved almost everything though it’s probably not perfect for everyone. There are 2 bedrooms. The first is on the first floor. The second is upstairs, accessed either from the outdoor patio or by a tight spiral staircase in the kitchen (not getting a suitcase up that way; use the other stairs). Keep following the spiral staircase to the roof for the clothesline and another lovely patio. I had the upstairs bedroom and felt like I was living in a turret 🥰. Stone walls, high ceilings, shutters - for someone from Canada where 1860 is “old”, this is a special treat.

We liked everything about Razzett Tuta. Simple incredible place and well equipped with everything & very clean.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was in a lovely quiet area but was within walking distance of the village square which has some lovely restaurants. The property itself is maintained to a very high standard with everything that you could possibly need for your stay in Gozo. The roof terrace is magical and every evening after our day exploring the island, we retired to the terrace to watch the nightly fireworks. Anne is a terrific host and is contactable with any queries which you may have in relation to the property. This farmhouse made a fantastic base to explore Gozo, and we will definitely be back.

We're absolutely amazed by the house and everything it offers. Everything is extremely clean. The pool is amazing. Thomas was extremely helpful and arranged the transfer to the airport for us. We'll definitely be back!
