Could not have had a better stay in Thulusadhoo, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left! The staff were amazing, friendly, and always helpful with advice and recommendations etc, and loved our sunset surf sessions at with Rafa, Jan and Maddy. Room was perfect, clean and comfortable and felt so safe and comfortable there which allowed me to rest and recover after surfing my brains out everyday! Lovely breakfast every morning and the option to join the team and other guests for lunch or dinner everyday, plus hang out and watch surf movies or play cards, which was great as a solo traveller! Mixing with other surf accommodations to go on the surf boats was also a great bonus as I got to make a lot of new friends. Can't wait to return!

From the very beginning, everything was made so easy. Ahmed was super responsive before my trip in that he organised my boat transfer, answered all my questions, and checked in to make sure I arrived safely. I was picked up at the jetty, and Arshad welcomed me when I reached the guest house. Arshad really went above and beyond during my stay. He helped me plan what to do each day, gave great suggestions depending on the weather (including fun rainy-day ideas), and even took the time to show me around the islands so I knew exactly where everything was. His restaurant recommendations were spot on, and he was always happy to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was super delicious, different every morning, and super flexible with timing, which was perfect for me. I was also able to do an early check-in and late check-out, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxed and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I ended up extending my stay. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers looking for a safe, friendly, and genuinely caring place to stay!

"I had an amazing stay at Samura Guest House in the Maldives! The location is perfect, right on a stunning beach with crystal clear waters. Gorgeous little guesthouse, less than 50m to the beach! It was perfect for a 3 night stay with my partner and we could have stayed much longer. What made our stay was the staff! Ibrahim was so lovely and looked after us very well. He made us breakfast on the beach every morning and he was lovely to talk to! We would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Thulusdhoo and we hope to be back again soon!
