The pool area and security with Face recognition. The kitchen facility offered a great help especially when staying with kids.

Great place, with security 24/7. Super close to everything downtown walking distance! I was there with my family and we all had a confortable great time.

This was in an excellent location. I loved the security of having a gated community, guards 24/7 who stayed watching the facilities cameras. The host was an excellent communicator, very responsive. It had 2 bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and uta own bathroom/shower and the other had a bunk bed. There is a second bathroom/shower as you enter the apartment. It included a washer as well but no dryer, full kitchen and a dining area and a futon/couch in the living room area. Facility amenities include a small gym and soccer field rooftop as well as a game room with pool table, poker table, foosball table and table tennis. Pool which was very nice/warm is located on a lower level 2nd or 3rd floor. I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend a few days (or more) in Zapopan.

It was a great apartment. We were able to cook meals and enjoy the views from the balcony. We also appreciated the gym. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but saw others enjoying it. There were also multiple AC units. The host was very attentive and we were able to ask for extra pots for the kitchen. The internet was very good. There was a Farmacia Guadalajara around the corner where we got basic groceries and there are restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, it was a great experience.Great location. Everything is close I will definitely stay at Mutuo vive again.

I loved their terrace. It is beautiful and a great place to continue chatting and having a good time with our family and friends that were staying in other rooms next to ours. I liked they offer a complete kitchen with all their appliances and utensils. Also, Casa Araiza's location is perfect when visiting Centro Historico. Their host and cleaning staff were very kind and attentive.

The place was super clean and comfortable. Hot water, fast wifi and awesome rooftop deck.

Claudia was our hostess and she was amazing. Made sure we were comfortable and was great at communicating when we had questions. Facilities on-site were clean and inviting throughout our entire stay. nice corner spot with everything that I needed. I am with my two frenchies and it was an ease and they enjoyed the balconies to people watch. Great place to enjoy the nightlife or just go for a walk and try all the great food they have close by.
