Clean and safe common areas. Attentive security. The staff were amazing, always available, always friendly, always helpful. Can’t say enough about Richardo, Nadia, and Israel. The pool area was clean and spacious , clean bathrooms, plenty of chairs and loungers. The landscaping was very well maintained and manicured. We liked not being in Vidanta but having access to its amenities. The Mayan Palace gym was great to use and the different pools with beach access. Vidanta is very confusing to navigate but you get your steps in walking the different walkways which are all beautiful.

Most everything except for the uncomfortable seating and the hanging chair in the middle of the living room.

I loved how the host would answer to any questions or doubts we had, at any given time. An incident happened with the house and they fixed it right away. She asked if it would be okay with us. If they came in to fix the problem while we were there. Nice of them to consider us and respect our space. The host always thought about us first. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very nice, friendly, kind people. I would definitely stay here again. Also want to mention that the person who cleans the house is amazing her name is Lucero. She was also so attentive with us just like our host. They are very lucky to have her. Always very respectful, she would communicate with us often. Asking if we needed anything.

The property was in a great location. Close to the beach and many restaurants near by.

Great location Quick 10 min walk to the beach Lots of great dining places close by Local buses to take you to beach or shopping areas. 12 pesos one way.

The property was amazing. The host Rob was amazing and would definitely stay there again. The restaurant was great and the staff was amazing.

The property is great! A lot better in person than how we imagined. Very friendly staff. Having the condo cleaned during our stay was definitely a plus. Will be coming back.

Amazing location, very clean and well equipped. Everything is thought out and extremely convenient. There’s two pools and the beach is a very short walk away.

El Sho is a hotelcito- so there isn’t a huge staff. But the staff and the property are small, charming and well appointed. all the comforts. a small fridge and microwave in the room, highly instagrammable property walking distance to everything in Bucerias. and Checho is the (canine) hostess with the most est

Terrific value. We travel through out Mexico and start and finish here as it is so relaxing. Many Canadians come here as the owner speaks excellent English and the staff are very friendly. Beautiful rooms and great pool.
