Close to the Nuevo Vallarta hotel zone (5 mins walk), close to the beach and to a lovely biking/walking path that extends all of Nuevo Vallarta. Apartment located on the third floor. You have access to a pool and 24 hour security within the building and an array of restaurants, convenience store and laundry service on the ground level. There is also an indoor parking space available. The pool is suitable to adults and children where you can access the lounge chairs, bathrooms and outdoor barbecue area (with prior reservation).
I love life on the beach, mostly paddle boarding and running in the mornings. I like meeting people from all over the world, I learn a lot from everyone.
The condominium is located in an excellent area of ​​Nuevo Vallarta, less than 5 min walking from the hotel zone and next to the El Tigre Golf Club. It is a very quiet area and if there is no automobile there is already the option of UBER, which can be hired to go to the shopping plaza and / or the Marina of Nuevo Vallarta. In the square of the condominium there is place to rent bicycles so it is another good option of mobility. There are also different restaurants within the condominium that offer Italian, Lebanese, Argentinian, Japanese food, and a restaurant option so that they can have breakfast there.
