Everything, that was my first experience in a hotel, and everybody was patient with me, helpful, and nice!

Clean and comfortable. Proximity to airport. Food court is just next door with lots of food choices. Supermarket/sundry shop nearby.

good facilities but owner should look into stagnant water in 3rd room's bathroom

Nearby food variety. Bed, Linen etc were clean. Check-in and check out was easy.

Big plus for communication, responsiveness, and service recovery We'd checked in early to unmade beds due to a miscommunication between the owners and cleaning service. However, they were able to arrange cleaners within the hour, and also gifted us macaroons and a matcha roll as a goodwill apology which was unexpected and a nice gesture. Prior to that, we also had an issue where the provided passcode was incorrect but it was quickly resolved. In both instances when we reached out, responses were extremely prompt within the minute. One of the older reviews mentioned there was no hot shower on the upper floors, glad to say this was not our experience, and there was hot water on all floors.

AT GROUNDFLOOR: -the convenient store (99speedmart/24hr 7eleven) -mamakstall nasi kandar 11pm-latenight -barbershop -24hr laundryshop HOUSE: -clean -comfortable. -feel safe. -fast wifi -everything function well. -i love how host provide extra mattress, -extra blanket,extra towel. all are enough for my 7 family member. PARKING: -get 1 personal parking no need to fight with others DEPOSIT: they ask you for deposit through whatsapp n will return asap as they finish clean n inspect the house.
