Excellent location. 10m train ride from city center. Wonderful facilities to include a great restaurant and indoor pool.

I had a very comfortable here. The staff is awesome. They are friendly, and very helpful. My dog was very comfortable here also. He was often greeted with friendly gestures. My room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. There are parks nearby if you are traveling with your dog.

The location is 15 minutes to just about everything with great non-touristy restaurants, bakeries, and a grocery just around the corner. Amstel Hotel is just across the bridge and has a lovely high tea. The massage bed was a bonus! Very spacious and comfortable, even in the dead of winter we were warm once we understood the excellent heating system. The bathroom is spacious and the shower was roomy with lots of hot water. Big central closet in the hallway with lots of shelves and two hanging areas, which helped keep the rooms tidy. Lots of windows and light with very effective blackout blinds. Two TVs to keep the family happy on a rainy day. Very clean and I believe it was recently painted. The kitchen has a small set of dishes, set of silverware, a few glasses, microwave oven, and spacious clean refrigerator. Having stayed on boats before, this one was quieter and stiller than most, as long as you are not a light sleeper you will have an excellent night's rest. The outdoor decks are amazing and furnished well, and I bet they are beautiful in the spring as there are plants everywhere (we were there over New Years). It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens and could even hold an additional 2 people for an additional fee by using a murphy bed in the main living room. Don't hesitate to visit Amsterdam in the winter, bundle up and enjoy the city's light festival and other holiday festivities and know you'll have a cozy place to go home to every night!

Is near the red district, the apartment is in different building behind the main hotel, since is an old building the place doesn’t have stairs but the staff help us really appreciate. The apartment is really convenient and comfortable. Also you can wash clothes. You can take the boat tour just in front of the building. Near restaurant and supermarkets and popular spots If you doesn’t want to be close to the coffee shops is not your place (but doesn’t affect any sounds at night the apartment is really quiet) Travel with my daughter of 3 years old. We had amazing stay thanks

This is a very nice hotel to stay short or long. The room and the bed is comfortable and has a great kitchen area with a great fridge. Location is all right, connection to the airport is quick and also to the city center by bus 195. The staff is super helpful and the overall hotel has a very great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The house was big enough to accommodate 5 adults and a private fenced backyard. The owner was very responsive.

The houseboat and surroundings are the definition of peaceful, slow living, but with all the modern amenities. If there was a god of breakfasts, this would be Johann, an incredibly kind host, who will make you feel special and welcomed, together with his friendly dog. His picnic baskets are out of this world delicious. Beauty is in the details and you'll see that for yourself at Morpheus. The canal is lively with birds and boats, plus the most amazing sunsets. Getting to Amsterdam for sightseeing is easy via bus and metro. Would love to come back again some day. Thank you, Johann for the hospitality and stories.

Everything, every last detail was perfect. We felt at home. The apartment is spacous, fully equipped and very clean. The communication with Mr. Johan was excelent. It is very close to tram No. 2 whuch takes you to city center. We also had food, sweets and coffe in the apartment. The balcony is amazing. There is a parking space. It is a great value for money.

We were four people and spent 5 days and the apartment met well our expectations: good layout, comfortable separate beds, nice and quiet neighbourhood, easy public transportation to the city centre, foodstore nearby. Hosts were very helpful and gave some useful advice prior and during our stay. Without their recommendation, we likely would have missed the visit to the nearby Sloten windmill and cheese shop which would have been unfortunate. Airport taxi compensation, small welcome and goodby gifts from the hosts were a lovely surprise. Overall an enjoyable experience!

The property is compact (but equipped with everything you might need) and very open and light with fabulous views of the lake. Sandra was so friendly and easy to communicate with, and clearly cares a lot about the guests experience! We had a wonderful stay and felt so at home there. ❤️

Very cozy tiny apartment, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend to bring slippers in winter time as we use to change our shoes and it was very cold from the bottom because of the water underneath. Definitely use the bikes otherwise nearest public transport is 18 min walking distance through a park and quiet neighborhood (tram will take you through all the downtown straight to the Central Station). We loved our stay ♥️

Great location near Schipol and only 25 minutes from Amsterdam. The apartment is lovely, clean, and very comfortable. It has a great kitchen and a nice living area with a big TV upstairs. Check-in was seamless and efficient. Even without meeting the staff face-to-face, they were very helpful and made everything easy. A perfect stay.

Extremely clean, in a quiet location, but very convenient for touring the city and environs with the included bikes.
