This penthouse apartment is located on the fifth floor, giving this light apartment an unbelievable breathtaking view over Amsterdam. You will have your own front door, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and bedroom with a nice queen sized bed! This penthouse apartment is very close to everything that Amsterdam has to offer, 2 minutes on foot from Rai Convention Centre. Rai train station, Amstel train station and Amsterdam Zuid train stations are 5 minutes away. Schiphol is 15 minutes away. The popular neighbourhood "De Pijp" is around the corner and the Dam Square is a couple of minutes by tram or 25 minutes on foot. The tram and bus station is 1 minute away from the apartment. The tram or bus take you to the centre, Rai train station, Amstel station or Amsterdam Zuid station. In your apartment you can use everything available. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a very nice, luxurious box spring, queen size bed and a nice place to put your cloths. The ensuite bathroom, with bath, shower, toilet and sink. There are towels supplied. The dining area is nice and has a large dining table with 4 comfy designer chairs. Old building means no lift.

Amsterdam Zuid is one of the most desirable residential neighborhoods in Amsterdam with the city's most fashionable shopping streets: PC Hooftstraat, Van Baerlestraat and Beethovenstraat. You can find here also the most famous museums (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum), Coster Diamonds, Concertgebouw, and the Vondelpark. Almost all streets in this part of Amsterdam Zuid are named after Dutch rivers or waterways. Many of its buildings had been built in the style of the Amsterdam School, which is a famous and beautiful architecture style. Just around the corner, not even a minute walk from the apartment, there is this sweetest and nicest coffee bar you can have. The staff is lovely and their coffee is to die for! They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are 5 supermarkets in the vicinity along with a lot of other shops. Good restaurants and bars are widely available here, just a couple of minutes away! Please note that Amsterdam is a very old city and like my building, most have no lift.
