Vacation Rentals in Nova Varoš

The owners are exceptionally friendly! The room has a nice balcony view, a TV, internet, and a very good bathroom. The bed is comfy. The road to the location is a bit narrow, but otherwise pretty short, so you won't be on the lookout for ongoing cars for too long. Plenty of parking space. The area around the cabin is gorgeous. There's a stream going through the valley, they have their own fishing pond. There's a plastic slide for small kids, along with a few other things. We also played with two cute dogs that they keep around! There's a road network connecting scattered mountain houses with the nearby town of Nova Varoš, and some of those end not too far from the cabin. These roads don't see a lot of vehicles, so they're ideal for hiking and exploring the mountain and the forest! Breakfast and dinner are paid for separately, but you don't have to take them. I'd highly recommend that you do, though. The food is awesome, and they cook it right there and then in their kitchen, shortly before each meal's agreed-upon time. You can ask them for a specific meal. As mentioned, they have their own fishing pond, so the fish is extra fresh and tasty! They also have a range of high-quality home-made rakijas from around the area. :) The location itself is very close to Nova Varoš and the Zlatar mountain proper, as well as a number of other interesting places to visit. It's tucked away, but not isolated. Very quiet both night and day. All in all, if you like relaxed, homely, family-run places, it can't get much better than this. Plus, it's not expensive at all. A very warm thank you to the hosts; we'll definitely be coming back!

Location is perfect. It is a small town, but still, the location was walking distance from the center, which I liked.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated room with excellent amenities (kitchenette, large bathroom, great Wi-Fi). The balcony overlooking the greenery was a wonderful bonus. We only regret not staying longer!

Loved out of city location but close enough to city to travel there. Host was fluent in English, very hospitable. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and were given a traditional Serb buckwheat-cheese cake. Great hiking advice. Gave us the contact to book a river cruise Very comfortable apartment with great view.

Comfortable, have everything that you need except the oven

Wow, what a view, idillic place, we stayed only one might because were travelling to another place but this was a destination in itself. The lake is close and you can go on a small boat ride or go on water with own equipment. The cabin was very comfortable, fresh air and silence made for a good night sleep.

Everything was perfect, above expectations.

Peaceful surroundings and a beautiful place, very well equipped apartment, extremely clean, and the hostess is a pleasant woman who thought of everything and prepared us various brochures, board games, coffee, tea....

The couple is really nice and helpful. They were so eager to assist us with everything. Place is really clean and warm (it was a middle of November). Bathroom with high pressure of hot water. I really recommend them.
