Our stay at the SM apartments was great! The room was nice and well equipped with everything you need and the staff was very responsive and helpful!

Everything was perfect, the lady at reception is great, useful and very kind. It is ski skool next to the hotel. So if you have children that like to learn how to ski this place is perfect for you. You can rent ski, and if you are part of ski skool you can use skislop next to the hotel. And it's not so expensive like in Kopaonik. The pool temperature is 28 and jacuzzi 31. The pool is small but children like it. The apartments are very well equipped with everything you need and they are big enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). There is a small market in the same building and also a good restaurant. But also there are 2 more restorants in a few steps away (neighborhoods hotels). So you have everything you need. We will go there and next year for sure. You can take your dog as well. It's pet friendly property.

The property was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We liked everything about the property.

The apartment is located on the main street in 'Vikend naselje' and it is easily accessible. It is fully equipped with whatever you might need for a short or longer stay. We were a family of 4 and could fit. It is one room but enough to sleep comfortably. The apartment has new furniture, the toilet is nice and clean. My favorite part is the view 😍 The ski bus is just in front and that's another big plus, also the small shops, restaurants, pizza place, bar..

Excellent layout. Beautifully designed. Spaces and easily accommodates a family of four. Very pleasant and responsive host.

Mestoto beshe nedaleku od terenite za skijanje.Apartamnot beshe preubav i mnogu chist. Imashe se shti beshe potrebno. Gazdaricata ni dade i popust za koristenje na Spa i bazenite, kaj shto beshe prekrasno.

Breakfast was not included in this stay (and that was known ahead of time). The unit is spacious and clean. Communication with the owner very easy. Owner was nice and helpful.

Everything was ok. The flat is not very big, but has everything you need. Very close to the slopes and good facilities around.

While the building itself is of an older construction style, it has a cozy and authentic feel that adds to its charm. One of the standout features of Villa Kostić is its incredible location. Situated at the top of the mountain, the villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-covered landscape, creating a truly magical atmosphere during winter. The wide parking area is also a big plus, making it easy for guests to park their vehicles conveniently. What truly sets this place apart is the host. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most wonderful people I’ve ever met. Although he doesn’t speak much English, his warm hospitality and caring nature speak louder than words. He made our stay truly memorable, and we left with such fond memories of his kindness.

The place is cozy, clean and close to everything you need. The host is very polite and always ready to help if you need anything. I had a great time, and will definitely visit again!

Nice and cosy apartment. It's under the roof so we enjoyed good view and calm. Big staircase is useful to keep shoes. Great location: 5 minutes to the cable car so children can go home ourselves when they tied. Idea store and rental ski in the next door. Reasonable price for such a good location. Very friendly staff. The owner allowed us to stay two hours longer since there were no other guests that day.

The suite has a kitchenette, so I prepared my own meals; the room is well lit, although it is on the top floor. The bed was ample and with a solid mattress. I slept exceptionally well in the mountain air.

The hosts were great, responsive, and accommodating, going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, right next to the path leading to the ski lifts. The apartment was clean, warm, and comfortable. It is located on the second floor and offers a nice view over Konaci. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would gladly come again.

The 3rd floor is renovated.The room was looking ok.The bad was comfortable.It's good located.New elevator.

The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay here. We had everything that we needed in the apartment. The kitchen had every appliance and utensils that we needed. The view from the windows is very beautiful, we enjoyed the evenings with the sunset before us. It was magical. The host was very pleasant and we had good communication. We used it in the summer and it was great for relaxing and unwinding, I'm sure in winter it has even more charm to it.
