Nalazi se na pocetku vikend naselja, pored Hotela Zoned i Mujen Lux. Na udaljenosti od 50m se nalazi restoran sa domacom kuhinjom, odlicno snabdeven market i autobusko stajaliste. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, sa trpezarijom i kompletno opremljenom kuhinjom, velikim kupatilom, a na spratu su dve spavace sobe sa luxuznim krevetima. Na usluzi su vam besplatan WI-FI dostupan u svim prostorijama objekta, PS4 konzola i smart TV sa Total TV kanalima. Iz dnevne sobe se izlazi na veliku terasu sa koje se pruza prelep pogled na vikend naselje i brdo Treska.
