Great location and spacious layout

Everything was amazing ...this property is absolutely ideal for digital nomads... from the wifi reliability and strength to the service and front desk (Lina was the best!) to the gym facilities, to the design and common areas to the beautiful design of the room itself (everything upscale and nice - kitchen with everything you need and beautiful bathroom too) - you just couldn't ask for more. If Unity had places worldwide, I would probably exclusively use them for all my accommodations.

I really liked the unique and modern location. The interior felt very cozy, minimal, and well-insulated. The reception area was functional, the breakfast was good, and the whole place had a calm, Scandinavian vibe. The neighborhood also seems to be part of the newer, more stylish area of the city.

Clean apartments, well equipped, no noise and perfect location

The room was clean and very well kept. There was food available in the fridge. Hussein was a wonderful and very kind host!

Was able to park in the driveway. Great communication. Great facilities in the apartment in a good location near a large green park. The host was excellent and the apartment was perfect for our needs.

Fully equipped with a lush garden. There was aircon. A small but good kitchen. The surroundings were quiet. Easy access to the house, you have a house and lot to yourself.

Exceptional I'd say it was way better and more comfortable than those posh hotels. Too bad I already booked other hotels for a further stay and thus stayed here only for one night. The place was super cozy, clean and organized. It had the true vibe of a traditional apartment yet had all the facilities. It also had all the utensils and cutlery which was another big plus. The bicycles were also available free of charge. The neighborhood is a bit far from the city center and train station but quite peaceful and beautiful The host is also very responsive and polite. Thank you for providing me with this Amazing experience

The location was very calm and nice. I felt safe outside, we could even park right in front of the house behind the gate. The hosts were both very nice and we felt like at home. The breakfast was tasty and we had a plenty of food options. We could also ask about some travel tips, which was appreciated. I loved the interior of the villa, especially the warm and comfy bed. I'd definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area.

everything! super easy to get to and a beautiful space

A lovely apartment in a quiet residential area. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable (nice kitchen, really huge tv worth chromecast, airco, completely quiet at night). Even though it's adjacent to the main house it feels very private. Easy parking in front of the house.

The owner, Stella, was super friendly and made my trip to Malmö more special. It was nice getting some drinks with her after checking in and checking out. The room had everything I needed, and I’m sure if I had any issues, Stella would be of assistance instantly. I would love to stay here again if/when I visit Malmö again in the future.
