This is our house in which a half part of the house is dedicated for renting out. You will thus have a large room and a large bathroom and your own entrance. You will meet the remaining habitants of the house from time to time and you will be allowed to be very private - and social when you want to. Outside the house is the Sea and the Nature Area. You can walk to the bridge in 15 min and look at two countries, from the high point The house is located so that you can easily visit two countries, and two larger cities, in very little time! Parking in Malmö is about 24 EUR for a day, here you will have free parking. If we are at home, you can order some light food. A normal course is 7 EUR, a delicious double roasted cheesesandwich is 5 EUR, a cola is 2 EUR etc. Ask for anything you need. The prices will be a bit higher than if you are shopping yourself in the nearby supermarket, which you can also easily go to. It will be about 10 minutes of walk, 3 minutes on bike or car.
I will be available for you online and in many situations also around the house. If you need any advice for the area, for Malmö or for Copenhagen, feel free to ask - we can help you with any question on matters in the area If I am at home you can also order light food and beverages.
The house is located in the area which is a nature protected area and offers lots of opportunities for sport, hiking, trekking, biking, water activities, walking, running. The house is located just in front of the sea, so you will basically just leave the house and have nature on your own. Parking is available for free. Bus leaves close to the house and goes to the train station Hyllie in about 12 minutes. From Hyllie, you can be in Copenhagen Center in about 20 minutes and Malmö center in about 5 minutes.
