Excellent location. The architecture of the building is one of its kind. Excellent food at Brasserie. Luisa at the Spa did my manicure & she was so kind & nice. All the staff are cordial & nice. Special thanks to all staff especially Peter.

After eight stays at the Plaza, I have the audacity to be fully straightforward: I am in love with this hotel. How could not I be? Its staff, starting with Brij, is extraordinary and this is not an overstatement. The buffet breakfast is beyond perfect. The hotel restaurant, Angelini, is a little jewel of kindness in the welcoming and service all along dinner. Meals and wines I had there were flawless. The Library Bar is worth the while, to say the least. I could naturally continue with the hotel’s own situation, extremely close to the Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, the City Hall, the main shopping street Strøget, therefore constituting an ideal base to discover/rediscover the city. In complete honesty and after decades of professional and private travels in many countries, I can say in total spontaneity that the Plaza is a living testimony of what committed, reliable, amenable hospitality always should be, and it does respond to every requirements and standards. I cannot thank the Plaza enough for another pristine stay 🤍 Needless to emphasise from my part, I strongly recommend this hotel and am already planning my next stay/s there.

Absolutely perfect location for a lovely stay. I stayed here for work and I would come back for a personal visit too. This hotel was exceptional and the room was so quiet. The location made it easy to hop on the metro/central station, Tivoli gardens and much more.

The hotel is absolutely amazing with great attention to detail and feels like a second home. We stayed for 7 days in the Superior King Room and it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The bed was so so comfortable, there is a steamer, kettle, a powerful hairdryer and the best thing for me as a female a light up vanity. The location is the best- supermarkets, places to eat and pubs just down the corner and of course the Central Station and Tivoli. Points for being on a busy street but it was absolutely quiet in our room. There is a great gym and they offer gym clothes to borrow if you happen to forget yours. Finally, the staff were the loveliest people. Always kind and helpful. We are so glad we spend Christmas with the Grand Joanne and we are definitely going to visit again!

Location is wonderful, very close to metro station. All staff are very kind and helpful. We stayed 3 days and came back for just a few hours in Copenhagen again 1 day later. And we asked left our luggage. They helped us very kindly. Mr AHMED and who we don’t know names other staff helped us very much to keep our luggage when we trip in Copenhagen a few hours. Great isolation, not noisy and opaque curtains. Very nice size of both the bed and the room for one person alone, shelves and table in the room, extra pillow available in the bedroom, great location, very nice breakfast buffet, nice staff - especially the Swedish guy at the front desk in the morning. I was able to get some much needed rest.

Great location. Lovely courtyard to sit, read, have a coffee. Breakfast was fantastic, a little expensive, but not out of line with the cost of a restaurant meal in Copenhagen.

The hotel gave us a room upgrade to Junior Suite after they learned that we were traveling for our wedding anniversary. We are so grateful! We love the breakfast as well!!!! Everything is perfect in this hotel! We enjoyed the board games while waiting at the reception for rain to stop. Absolutely love everything!
