Amazing views, amazing location clean great back porch. Updated bathrooms with tile. Comfortable bed. Lots of electrical outlets and games and books. It felt decorated like a beach house should.

Amazing property with so many features and amenities that you never had to leave . We arrived in good weather but next day had a nor’easter and rain was so bad we had to stay in all day but the house had so many things for us to do didn’t feel as bad . Lots of games etc and very well furnished .

The place was roomy and comfortable and very clean. The host was so good at communicating and I knew if needed anything he would taken care of it

We love everything about the property. It’s clean, cute,spacious, & on the beach.

Decor, proximity to the beach, quiet, spotlessly clean, first floor with walk out to poolside, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and the host was wonderfully responsive and attentive.

A cute little bungalow within walking distance of the beach and quite a few dining options. It had everything we needed and wanted. We stayed 5 days before a week long cruise from Port Canaveral. The entire unit is nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and smart tvs we’re in both bedrooms and living room. The screened in exterior was a nice place to hang out. AC worked flawlessly and no real issues other than a broken front screen door handle. We just didn’t lock the side screen door or we could have accidentally locked ourselves out. I texted Adam to let him know so it could be taken care of after we left. As for the review mentioning that the shower knob didn’t stop water from pouring from the spout, there is a trick to that. Just pull up on the knob (it will stay up, no need to hold it) on the spout BEFORE turning on the water and it works flawlessly. Good water pressure. Both washer and dryer were used and worked well. TIP. Don’t park and pay the ridiculous $5 per hour parking at the city beaches Either walk over or better yet drive a few miles south to a free one (Tables Beach) with loads of parking that also has a water rinse, picnic pavilion, and dumpster. Owned by Patrick AFB but open to the public. No restroom facilities at any beach I found and they don’t seem to rake the sand at all but we were there in the off season.

The location was absolutely fabulous. The extras in the garage were superb for the kids. We made good use of them.

Felt so comfortable. Like being in your own home. Very fun and warm decor. Pool was amazingly clean and warm. Beds were clean and soft. So many things for the children to play with. Everything you could need and could not pack. Just bring your clothes and lots of energy.

Very clean with all the amenities. Very close to a beautiful stretch of beach. Games room was a huge hit, chipping putting green was awesome, large comfortable spacious sofa for watching TV.

Comfy, clean and cute!! Also, close to town and could walk to the beach every morning for sunrise. Loved the private fenced backyard for our furry kids too. We will definitely go back to this cozy home 😊
