Location. Invigorating climb over the dunes puts you on a virtually private beach with a view of Chicago. And interior renovation was quite well done. So nice to soak in the hot tub, easy to use. Nearby town is coming back from lean times, some good eating options.

Really enjoyed the location. Kids and grandkids loved the space. Fishing in the lake on the kayaks. The outdoor area was very comfortable.
