United StatesThe staff was so friendly. Everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so polite and it absolutely stood out. They would say, “hello” and ask how we are but it felt genuine, no patronizing. Made the experience very comfortable and this hotel really appealing. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities in the hotel were nice.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

I loved this place.
I loved this place. You can go for a boat tour, parks, food, fun, beach is right away. Everything in one place. Great environment for family, solo travelers, couples. It’s a must do for sure in Chicago.

I loved that everything was at a walking distance. The view of the apartment was amazing. We had floor 14 which has a spectacular view of the Navy Pier.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were wonderful! My accessible room was wonderful! The location of the hotel relative to Navy Pier was nice as well. The valet parking was also very nice.

The main part of the hotel, elevators, and hallways don't use AC. Our room did have functioning A/c that worked well but it was sweaty in the rest of the hotel. Our view was amazing of downtown and across the hall by the elevators we could see the Navy Pier. The view was amazing.

This property was a great location with walking distance to Navy Pier and Riverwalk. Our king room with a city view was everything! The room and hotel were very clean. The pool was perfectly warm and outdoor. The cookies at check-in are delicious and you can actually ask for more during your stay. They had staff that would text and check how your stay was which was nice.

The location was fantastic with views of Navy Pier and the Riverwalk and close proximity to both, and Mag Mile and other landmarks. The hotel was exceptionally clean and safe. The rooms were an excellent size and the bathroom was lovely. This was our first trip to Chicago and overall it was great.

Location was great with parking on the next block. Walked from the Navy Pier back to hotel which was easy and along the water way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size with a roomy bathroom.
