The Bellevue Manor exceeded all expectations! Great location, large rooms, clean and comfortable. It even had a beautifully tiled steam room/shower! Parking is free and a wonderful breakfast with all expected items plus homemade scones and French toast! It’s a European style inn and it truly is! Will definitely stay here again!

My family had a lovely stay at the place. Everything was just perfect, the place was charming. We were served a delicious breakfast. Maria was very welcoming, and attentive to everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this inn! The location was perfect — just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the harbor, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible, even offering us breakfast and free parking conveniently close to the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

A great place to relax and be nearby all activities. Unit was cozy and comfortable and a perfect romantic getaway weekend. Pool and jacuzzi were a great added bonus.

The suite is in a great location. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The suite itself was very clean and comfortable. . There were 4 of us and we had plenty of personal space.

We were there for my niece's wedding which was at the Hotel. The room was larger than expected for the price and very comfortable and the wedding was perfect!!!

The room was pretty big. The bed was comfortable. There are enough parking places. The accommodation is close to the major attractions and restaurants.

This a wonderful place to stay. Jacqui and her son Wes were so friendly and welcoming. My mom and I are thinking about taking a trip there again next year. The breakfast was fabulous as well.

Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults. The walk to Newport business district was perfect for burning off a few calories from the fabulous Newport restaurant food! The noise from the first floor was minimal and barely noticeable. We would definitely stay here agai !

Loved the room it was super cozy with the personal fireplace and loved the jacuzzi tub. It was located in a great location- just a short walk to the main strip of stores and restaurants. Cant wait to go back again. Also, the cookies every evening were delicious 😋
