Good amount of space. Great amenities for the property. Location was perfect for an ASU visit and still very close to Scottsdale. We were very comfortable and would have enjoyed a longer stay.

I love the fact that this hone smelled excellent and was extremely clean. The owner reached out promptly when needed. I will definitely rent again.

Fabulous location (you can walk to Press and the Tempe beach), well stocked with cooking supplies, really great shower, nice little patio.

Close to the school where I took a class and easy enough to get in and out of from traffic

I loved the whole apartment but best of all was the amazing customer service! We had a few problems before arriving, which caused us to arrive super late. But I kept in touch with the property and they welcomed us no matter what time. They made me feel comfortable before I even arrived. And I truly appreciate that especially after the night we had!!!! Thank you again!!!😁!

The staff was so helpful throughout my stay if I felt uncomfortable in any way they would immediately resolve any type of issue I have and I know to some it may have bothered a little bit bur to me I was so impressed that they were checking on me regularly to ask how I was doing and if there was anything they could do to help make my stay more comfortable

-The location: an easy walk into Old Town, particularly if you enjoy walking, and quiet for sleeping. -My sister and I are very small and even after dark, we felt safe walking in the neighborhood and staying in the condo. -Very clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. So nice to have coffee and tea provided!
